Absolutely furious with this store…read more My mother ordered a $200 flower arrangement to be delivered today for her late husbands Celebration of Life gathering. She advised when placing her order that the flowers need to be blues and whites, as her late husbands wishes. They sent cream and lavender, highlighted with greenery. This arrangement arrived the morning of the event, so my mother called the store to see what can be done and spoke with a clerk who actually had the nerve to argue with her ! Instead of saying "how can we fix this" she offered no solutions. My mother called me in tears! We had to drive to Safeway to search for an arraingment just before guest were to arrive. Will never engage with this company again. We get better service at Costco.

She was upfront about her pricing and helped me bring my vision to life. I didn't even know what I wanted because I'm not familiar with flowers or their names, but after sending her some inspo pics and color pallets, she understood what I was going for. On the day of the wedding, she created a gorgeous flower arch where my husband and I had our first look. I couldn't have pictured it any better. I also added 2 flower crowns last minute to the order and Brandie was able to make them even cuter than the inspo pics I sent her! She even helped me put on the flower crown, which I thought was very sweet of her. Everyone was complimenting the flowers and many guests even asked to take the center pieces home! The flowers were so fresh and great quality that they lasted 2 weeks after the wedding! I would HIGHLY recommend Brandie and her team for anyone looking for florals!! I am one very happy customer! It was a fabulous bouquet that still has beautiful "legs" several days later. We were both impressed with the variety of colors and flowers contained within the vase, and of course the kindness behind it. But! There was one key downside from this most excellent floral experience - Cats! When the vase arrived, we placed it front and center on the fireplace mantle. A few minutes later, we let the cats in from the garage, and our Boychik cat made a bee line for it and jumped up to have a sniff and a nibble. We then put it on a lower surface, which allowed both cats to enjoy (when we weren't looking), and later knock it all over. On that note, it's been hard to fully enjoy the experience with the vase either in the sink, or hidden behind closed doors at night or when we're gone. And despite of all this feline drama, are we looking forward to the next bouquet (for any reason)? Absolutely!

I believe there was 9 of us that attended. There was charcuterie, drinks, and the setting is beautiful. We were able to pick the floral arrangement we liked out of three and were given step-by-step demonstrations and guidance by Emmy, Bailey, and Emmy's niece. We created the floral arrangements with a personal flair which was fun. Everyone there is very warm and helpful and the flowers are gorgeous. I enjoyed all of the tips and knowledge learned, and the opportunity for creativity. I will definitely come back for another class that Emmy puts on. In addition, the studio is beautiful, and open space. I know Emmy mentioned having open studio so if someone is in need of arrangement pieces (fillers) the studio is open for that.
