The setup in the parking lot of a Citgo station more than a few months ago. The truck has the same colorful yellow exterior as the other two, with the number 3 on the front. The lunch hours are from 11 - 2, not sure if there are dinner hours, as well. Same fare as the other 2, street tacos, sopes, burritos, quesadillas, tortas, and gorditas, and the same meats are available - carne asada, pollo, pastor, chorizo, lengua, tripe, carnitas, barbacoa, and pig skin stew. The tacos are $1, and a pretty good taco it is, especially for that price, though I didn't find them as tasty as the ones I've had at the W. Gate City Blvd location - and no radishes here either. Only got the red pepper sauce here, and it is good, and quite hot. Still, this is solid, cheap food on the run. The folks working this truck are no more friendly or engaging than the other one, but I came here for the food any way.

There is a good amount of meat distributed throughout the bowl it comes in. It was pretty pricey, but honestly, the flavor was just WOW. The brisket was honest to god smoked and delicious, the combination of cheeses they are using lends itself to the full spectrum of cheese flavors. From sharp, to creamy and nutty, to mild and smooth. The bowl is enough to share with a second person, finishing one on your own is absolutely possible, but you will be very full and calorie-rich if you were to do it. On top of that, love the friendly good vibes coming out of this truck. Chef Breeze and his crew don't seem like they could be happier doing anything else. Friendly and welcoming they invited people to step up and place their orders. There were printed menus available for those that needed to peruse the menu. Also, it worked really well pre-ordering a few appetizers to share and an array of the desserts packed up for later in the afternoon. The staff was friendly and welcoming, turning out burgers and dogs as quickly as people ordered them. I got a burger, with a bag of chips and Coke. The burger tasted good, but was very basic, just a plain burger, no cheese, and only a few condiment options to pick from on the side.
