Tried to find reviews on healthgrade and one was negative. Said did not wear masks last year during…read morepandemic and other complaints. THEN someone wrote a review to troll that review. I tried to share negative review and healthgrade did not publish it. THEY only publish positive ones and trash of any one negative review to make it look like all good reviews and one negative review is trolled by some negative review troll. THAT is a big turn off. So came to this site that in my experience of review sites is more unbias. Those sites do take money from providers to "promote" their practice so do not find them trustworthy especially when people's complaints are "trolled". My experience was not good with the clinic either. SO after seeing the trolled review on healthgrade and that experience will just go elsewhere. It is expected that doctors will not always have 100% positive reviews and if that is what is presented, especially when negative review trolls are on the review site, go elsewhere for review searching. From my now 17 year old son, to our 3.5 yr old daughter with special needs, they are like family with their great care. The front desk staff is super friendly and kid oriented, and the doctors bedside manners are genuine and patient. We love the new Jenks location, and love the hours available to be seen. They are almost always able to see a sick kiddo same day If not next, and are very kind and helpful with our needs with specialist referrals. She asked for him to remove our son from her on a Wednesday morning, he said he could not do it that day and would not let another doctor do it. He wanted her to wait until the following Monday. He told my wife that "her pain would be the same" if it happened on Wednesday or if it happened on the Monday. That comment did not help anything. We chose to go to St. John's that day and they took such good care of us and we got to have some time with our son. That would not have happened if we had gone with Thompson's plan. Also, our son stopped moving on a Sunday, my wife had last seen Thompson on the Thursday before. It was a quick in and out. My wife said she was feeling weird and he just brushed her concerns off, and went on to the next patient. Very rude. Please stay away from him. Since this happened, we have had a daughter and we used Dr. Parham with St John's. The difference in the doctor and patient relationship was night and day compared to Thompson. Dr. Parham cared and checked everything on my wife that she needed and wanted. He also discovered what had happened during the prior pregnancy and that was very helpful. He found some issues with my wife and has honestly probably saved her life. Stay away from Thompson! God Bless!

I wasn't even pregnant when I started going to him, but knew I wanted a VBAC with my next child. 2 years later...I had one and it went perfectly! Dr. Thompson is a little bland in his personality, but he is very nice and answers any questions you have & his success rates are some of the best in the state. I highly recommend him to anyone!

When my oldest son was almost a year old he got RSV and we treated it. Not long after we finished the antibiotics he was in his high chair at the table and he laid his head down on the table and became VERY lethargic. I called the office of the Broken Arrow Family Clinic where Dr. Whitehouse worked at the time and her aunt was on call. I told her his fever was 104.5 and he had just finished his Atb for RSV. She said it was impossible for him to have it again and said I was overreacting because I was a new mom. I called Rachel because she had given me her home number and she told me that I know my son better than anyone else and if I feel like he needs to be seen then I should take him in. The ER staff said if I had waited he would probably have died in his sleep because he was so sick. I would recommend Dr. Whitehouse to anyone I know. She truly cares about her patients.
