Due to past experience I called podiatrist Dr Brad Beasley who had found the 4 broken bones a couple years earlier that TBJ had missed/ignored. Tried to find reviews on healthgrade and one was negative. Said did not wear masks last year during…read morepandemic and other complaints. THEN someone wrote a review to troll that review. I tried to share negative review and healthgrade did not publish it. THEY only publish positive ones and trash of any one negative review to make it look like all good reviews and one negative review is trolled by some negative review troll. THAT is a big turn off. So came to this site that in my experience of review sites is more unbias. Those sites do take money from providers to "promote" their practice so do not find them trustworthy especially when people's complaints are "trolled". My experience was not good with the clinic either. SO after seeing the trolled review on healthgrade and that experience will just go elsewhere. It is expected that doctors will not always have 100% positive reviews and if that is what is presented, especially when negative review trolls are on the review site, go elsewhere for review searching. I have never waited more than five minutes for them to call me back. The nurses are also friendly and helpful. They ask about how you are doing and take the time to listen to whatever silly story I have to tell them. They are way too polite to say they have other patients to see and they patiently listen and interject comments when it's appropriate. I started with Dr. Caleb Nunley (Owasso), who is such a great doc. He listened, we talked, and worked out a plan to monitor things. Later on, I met with Dr. Susan Peterson, who did the actually surgery. Dr. Peterson is one of the best doctors I've ever met. She was open and honest about what I would go through, perfectly managing my expectations (which is not an easy thing to do). I could go on and on, but it would just be polish on the diamond. TB&J as a facility is outstanding. From the Union Pines surgery center to the main offices and Physical Rehab facility on the main campus, everyone I interacted with were extremely professional and relateable. Everyone was friendly, helpful and ready to help at every turn. Same goes for the folks at the Owasso office where I'm doing rehab PT. Brac'ee and Kayla have been so great to work with. They push you, sure, but they respect that you're in pain and do have limits. Overall I could not be happier with the entire team at TB&J, and would not hesitate to use them again.
