My wife had two natural births and he has been very supportive of this which is a rare thing indeed in Oklahoma. Couldn't be happier with the care. Sadly Abby left a few months back, but we'll see how the new assistant lady (I forget her name) turns out.

A year ago I had twins with Dr. Parks. I had a bad experience with both the pregnancy and birth…read more Her medical assistant took days and multiple phone calls to answer my questions. Her assistant does not communicate with Dr. Parks. She didn't know that I called about bleeding or high blood pressure when I came in for my next appointment. I had hyperemesis and gestational hypertension and I had to call multiple times to ask for the medication Dr. Parks ordered during the appointment to be called in. During my delivery, she did an episiotomy even though I had repeatedly told her I did not want one. The labor nurse also told her I did not want one as she grabbed the scalpel. Dr. Parks replied "I don't care". During my delivery I experienced a urethral tear. Dr. Parks repaired it incorrectly and I hemorrhaged for a couple hours before my labor nurse saw the open tear. It had to be repaired by the doctor on call. I had to get 4 units of blood and stay 5 nights in the hospital as a result. When I went for my 6 week postpartum visit Dr. Parks was in the room for 5 minutes and did not do an exam. At this time I was still having high blood pressure and severe pain and she did not prescribe new medications or investigate the cause of the pain. She just told me to come back in 2 weeks. I never returned to her clinic. I saw a new OB who found that I had an endometrial infection from the delivery.

Upon completing my paperwork on time, I was told to wait and she will be with me shortly. There was only ONE other patient in the waiting room with me. I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt thinking that the patients that were in the back needed more time with the Dr. I waited an HOUR and a HALF before I was seen! I had a lunch date that was scheduled previously, and I had to call in and tell them I was going to be LATE! There were no patients I saw leave the office prior to me, and yet I was told that "they were behind". Dr. Carson was very nice, yet, I would hope that they can be considerate of our time. I can update this review if the service is better on my next appointment.

I recently just called to ask for labs to confirm the miscarriage and it's been 2 days and I haven't heard anything. Also, when they did call me back the first time, the medical assistant I spoke to knew hardly anything regarding medical advice to give me. I did NOT feel pleased with the service and knowledge. I will not be using this office again. Too scary for if something else were to go wrong. It's not worth the risk.

My entire experience with Elite has been terrible. I had an appointment a while back with doctor…read moreangela Christy on July 16th for an appointment, I was worried my cyst was cancerous as I had mentioned in my chart, well the first thing she mentions before saying hello or checking me is "well it's not cancer" not really a relieve to me when my practitioner hadn't even looked at me. Moving forward, we try to drain the cyst so she inserts a needle, nothing comes back up but blood, it's rushing all over me, starting to drip on the bed, that was not the issue, the issue was the doctor and the nurse started chatting, forgetting that I was just stuck with a needle , so I have to grab there attention to at least get a bandage and to help clean me up. Next thing you know the doctor is very flustered an unsure what is going on with me and verbally confused on to do a pelvic MRI or ultrasound, eventually she chooses on one and then proceeds to say "cancer is not off the table". After that, she is running out of the room, she doesn't tell me I can leave but just says MRI will give you a call in a week. I was unsure what just happened, but she was frantic during my appointment and seemed to be in a great rush the whole time. I didn't know if I was to still wait for her to come back, so I sat there awhile, but I still had blood dripping through the bandage so I actually had to find another staff member to help me get more bandages. I left defeated, unheard and really without any answers. Lastly, if that experience wasnt enough, it is currently August 16th, I had this appointment on July 16th, I never received a call from any MRI place (yes, I checked my spam) , never got my prescription antibiotics sent over, and just now receiving a bill which is the wrong amount (insurance is covering a portion) they are trying to charge me the full amount (without insurance). So I try to talk to billing, and I'm put on hold with no person calling me back. I would also like to say, I NEVER write bad reviews, but this place is an actual joke. I do not recommend this place at all or Dr. Angela Christy unless you want your time wasted.
