At the Bixby location, you will get personalized treatment. On the doctor side, Dr Glaser and Crystal will take care of all your needs in a friendly and informative manner. On the physical therapy (PT) side, Taylor and Misty will help you rehab in a 1-on-1 atmosphere. I've never seen a patient leave PT dissatisfied. Unlike other places that throw you on a treadmill for 30 minutes, these guys will stick by you and answer your questions in a straight-forward manner. They make the whole therapy process fun and exciting, just be prepared to talk about food (that's the common convo topic among patients and staff here). And in the middle of the two sides, Beth will take care of all the paperwork and scheduling. This staff is a legendary bunch; you won't find people like this anywhere else. These guys really do care about the patients. I interned on the PT side of the clinic for 12 weeks, and behind the scenes, everyone here really cares about the patients; it's not a fake act they throw on during the day. While I was with the nurses preparing for the procedure, Dr. Briggs walked in and asked, "How are the hiccups, are they getting any better?" I told him no. His response was, "Sounds like you're going to have to deal with that the rest of your life." In that moment, my heart sank. I felt like all hope had been ripped away from me. I held back tears in the room, but inside I was completely shattered. The thought that I might have to live the rest of my life like this was unbearable. After the procedure, I sat in my car and broke down, sobbing from the devastation of his words. But deep down, I know this isn't the end of my story. With the right doctor and God's will, there is hope. I will never return here again.

The office staff was friendly, the nurse was attentive to my concerns and relayed them to Dr. Stutzman. When the doctor came in she was the perfect amount of calm and concern.
