However, the blood testing was ordered at our PCP in another facility. When those results came in, nurse Dana would not tell us anything over the phone, wouldn't even ask the doc if he'd tell us anything over the phone... wouldn't even ask!! So we set up this clearly bad news appointment THREE WEEKS out as that was the next one only to drive an hour and have nurse Dana jump my husband's shit and turn him away because he didn't have his results with him. How would he 1- get the results and 2- know he needed to even bring them? PLEASE TELL ME HOW THIS IS PROFESSIONAL?? Someone should not be expected to wait and wonder for 3 weeks what the bad test results are and then be turned away for not having them with him.... SHE IS TERRIBLE AND IS NOT NURSE QUALITY!!! And a doc that would employee a nurse like that isn't worth going to.....

Never said a word while we were in the office so that we could at least look for another doctor so as not to interrupt our medicines (yes, med schedule is definitely interrupted now with no recommendation to any other doctor in their facility to keep it going or set up another visit). Their staff are friendly but not very helpful in answering the questions that you give them (especially about being tested for covid antibodies - they only push getting the vaccination without discussion or recommendations of other options.) They do remind you of scheduling appointments and have an online presence where you can review the testing results. Just wish we had felt a little more special to them.

He was very informative and made sure I understood what he was talking about. Dr was very informative, but in a caring way. I would highly recommend Dr. Gadiraju. My gynecologist informed me that was not the case when she asked who was my primary doctor and I responded..."Is that not you?". She quickly recommended Dr. Ashley Hildebrand and I tried to schedule an appointment with her not long after. She didn't have any immediate openings for new patients available but I didn't mind waiting a couple of months since there was no urgent issue. The building itself looks pretty new and they have plenty of waiting area in the lobby. Someone quickly checked me in and I didn't have to wait long to be seen. A nurse came in shortly after I was escorted to a room and went through the whole intake process. She was super nice and made me feel at ease. She also made note of things I told her I had questions about for the doctor. Shorty after, Dr. Hildebrand came in and she was lovely! She took the time to get to know me and answer some of my super basic questions. She made me feel very comfortable instead of awkward or embarrassed about my body. I highly recommend her! As if that wasn't enough, months after my appointment, she messaged me through their online messaging system following up on some issues I had mentioned. I felt so listened and cared for! The only reason I don't give it one more star was because the nurse that did my bloodwork was super cold and I didn't really know what was going on so I felt lost.

Tried to find reviews on healthgrade and one was negative. Said did not wear masks last year during…read morepandemic and other complaints. THEN someone wrote a review to troll that review. I tried to share negative review and healthgrade did not publish it. THEY only publish positive ones and trash of any one negative review to make it look like all good reviews and one negative review is trolled by some negative review troll. THAT is a big turn off. So came to this site that in my experience of review sites is more unbias. Those sites do take money from providers to "promote" their practice so do not find them trustworthy especially when people's complaints are "trolled". My experience was not good with the clinic either. SO after seeing the trolled review on healthgrade and that experience will just go elsewhere. It is expected that doctors will not always have 100% positive reviews and if that is what is presented, especially when negative review trolls are on the review site, go elsewhere for review searching. Thanks to all who give reviews, good bad whatever the experience I want to know, especially when something as serious as surgery!
