I have not seen him for 2 years but decided to message him and asked for a referral request to a dermatologist anyways Incase I didn't need to make an appointment. All he had to say was I need to make an appointment. Instead of telling me I need common sense. Also the receptionist is very very rude not only on the phone but in person. I will never go back to him.

That's definitely not a requirement for GYN's but when you're about to have a piece of metal shoved inside your cervix, it would be kind of comforting. The second appointment I had with her, I got a checkup on my IUD and I asked her if I could cut my septate hymen, which had been interfering with my sex life. I requested numbing medication and she quickly argued with me and said that it would be more pain to get numbing medication. I hesitantly agreed, now a million times more scared because she's about to cut a part of my vagina off, with no pain medication. She then gave me the option of cutting it completely off or just cutting the middle. Initially, I wanted it completely gone, but without the numbing medication I was scared and overwhelmed. She told me to lay back and she would get ready while I decided. I couldn't decide and I started to panic as she sat down with with my hymen between her fingertips. She hurriedly asked me if I'd decided yet and told me I was running out of time and joked that she was going to decide for me, the nurse helping her laughed. I nervously chuckles and apologized, beginning to explain that it's a hard decision and I was scared. Before I had the chance to finish explaining, she cut my hymen. Once, in the middle. It shocked me, I screamed out in pain and shock. She laughed and said, 'there that wasn't so bad, was it?'. She then left the room without saying anything to me and the nurse explained to me that there might be some bleeding for the next few days and if it hurts to just take a tylenol. I sat there in shock, bleeding all over and eventually broke down in tears. I've had many gynecologist experiences and this was hands down the worst experience I have ever had with any doctor. I will never ever be going back.

In Dr. Bennett's absence we have seen Dr Klotz and Stephanie Bates, APRNCNS, both of who have given our family great medical care. Some time they are really busy and you have to wait a little, but this happens at most doctors offices. The wait is well worth it when you receive great medical care from Doctors who really take time to explain and sincerely care about you and your family.

I paid less there then than I did today. Hillcrest has bought the place and now the admission fee is $300, just to get in the door! The doctor and nurse were nice. But I spent less than 5 minutes with each, which hardly seems worth $300. Then the steroid shot I received was an additional $180. I spent $480 for a 5 minute chat, where the doctor couldn't say what caused my rash but gave me a shot. The receptionist was not rude but she wasn't warm either. I got a little upset when she said I owed an additional $180, & I stopped myself because I knew it wasn't her fault. But I don't have insurance. You know who usually doesn't have insurance? People who aren't working. Do you think that I have extra money just laying around to pay a doctor $300 for 5 minutes? We didn't sit on anything, or use anything, or contaminate anything. Now I get to choose between food and electricity, all while I get to pay interest fees over the next several months. I used to like this place because they were reasonably priced and offered discounts for the uninsured. Now it's part of the corporate machine that doesn't care about people, only profits. Way to go. After many many months of blood in my urine she finally referred me to a urologist . While waiting for the consult she forgot to put in . I finally got one . After several trips to the ER . I took My care in to my own hands . Get up an appointment with another ANP . Upon visit I was Greeted . The ANP did a pap and then said you have a prolapsed bladder . No one no one ever thought of doing a pelvic in all this time ? Taylor you are a medical malpractice case waiting . This is inexcusable months of crying pain etc and you dropped the ball . You never thought ever this could be that ? Rule out ? You are a pathetic excuse of a ANP. . Warning do not let her see you . Run !
