Eric is an absolute Godsend. I'm overly leery of the entire healthcare complex to begin with, and Eric continues to inspire confidence every time we meet. I came to Eric after firing my previous doctor, and based on a referral from a friend. In the 4 years I've been with Eric, he's proven to be an effective listener, something no other doctor could seem to manage. So I have Been going to this clinic for sometime. Jessica was my nurse practitioner. She left last year . When she left I was Not notified nor my mother who also saw her . Jessica was fantastic . Just wonderful at how she took care of her patients . I was Eventually notified when I had An ER visit and when they asked my primary I said Her . I was told she was no longer with them . So I was Referred to her replacement . Taylor . Let me first start off with saying . She is not educated enough nor fit to see any patients . She is careless , dismissive and down right unprofessional. She does not answer your messages . She is dismissive on tests and just is a horrible excuse of a nurse practitioner. After many many months of blood in my urine she finally referred me to a urologist . While waiting for the consult she forgot to put in . I finally got one . After several trips to the ER . I took My care in to my own hands . Get up an appointment with another ANP . Upon visit I was Greeted . The ANP did a pap and then said you have a prolapsed bladder . No one no one ever thought of doing a pelvic in all this time ? Taylor you are a medical malpractice case waiting . This is inexcusable months of crying pain etc and you dropped the ball . You never thought ever this could be that ? Rule out ? You are a pathetic excuse of a ANP. . Warning do not let her see you . Run ! read more

I scheduled a yearly skin check with Dr. Howard. When I went she only looked at my face and back, she didn't do a full body check like they are supposed to do. Then, she found an area on my face that "looked" like cancer so she ordered a skin shave biopsy. Then she said the biopsy came back as skin cancer, even though you could not see anything on my face at all, no raised area, redness, nothing. Then I went for a Moh's surgery on the area she noted on my face, and after the Moh's doctor shaved it off and tested it, he said I didn't have cancer there at that spot on my face. That cost me $400 after my surgery and the the visit to Dr. Howard cost another $260 after insurance. Then after I set up a payment plan, Utica Park Clinic didn't honor it and turned my account over for collection. These people are incompetent, dishonest, and should not be allowed to sell their medical services. Do not go here for any medical help if you can avoid it. read more
