During that time her communication became increasingly unreasonable via her demands & expectations without regard for patient care/needs - completely insensitive. In addition, she lacks transparency. She demonstrated that her goals are to order tests & services that will increase her income, even though the patient has no indications or need for testing. This isn't a "drive by" doctor. He takes the time to listen, assess and explain. That is fairly rare these days. In addition the staff at his office is pleasant and accommodating. Again, very rare.
