Such a friendly staff it's so welcoming. Coffee is great and two large oatmeal blueberry pancakes could feed 4. My husband said he was so satisfied with his french toast and two eggs over easy. He had a side of sausage patty which he said was very good. A must stop for sure! read more

When traveling I love to stop in Little towns and eat at mom and pop shops! I had stopped at this restaurant with my best friend who recently moved to bloomer, for breakfast! From the time you walk into this cute little bakery/restaurant you get a very warm BoHo feeling. I don't know how to describe the feeling but I feel like this place would be the hot spot in a Disney movie! It's a hidden gem at the end of town! Upon walking in we were told we can pick our own seats! We opted to sit in the cute little wooden booths! And before anything else, Let's just start off in a place I usually never start when giving a review, let's talk about prices.... I have never in my life been to any kind of restaurant or bakery and got the amount of food that did not only feel homemade, it felt like somebody put 15 feet in, cause it was that good! The presentation was amazing, the wait time was super fast, the server was a sweetheart, & the cook....well you can tell he Took extra steps to make sure the food didn't only look great but tasted even better! The atmosphere was so relaxing and laid-back! Everybody actually seemed like they loved being there and working there! I recommend Bohemian Ovens for unique, flavorful, homemade food at a very reasonable price. The building itself is anything but fancy, but I plan on going back for the good, unique food at a good price. We did the soup and bread buffet all you could eat for $4.29! Nine different soup choices. We were a group of three, so tried six different types of soup. They were all very good/flavorful! Even the soups that sounded less interesting were very good with quality ingredients! We then went back the following day for takeout items. You can buy soup to go at a good price. We, of course, had to buy some homemade bread to go with the soup. And we tried a breakfast kolache, which I would recommend. They have a selection of sweet bakery items. The kolaches are really tasty. Light, airy rolls stuffed with a variety of fillings. So far I have had pizza and bacon/egg/cheese. Both were really good. They make a great $2.50 breakfast on the go. They also have some nice looking baked goods. The eat in dining also looks really tasty. read more

We are full!! I had the Scrambled eggs and dumplings and my partner had the cinnamon french toast and eggs! Dumplings were definitely the star of the show. It's cute place. The wait staff is terrible. Two weekends now we've gone there and the wait was over an hour. The young staff are very disorganized and inefficient. both times multiple tables walked out due to not being served. read more

Just tried to go there and eat with my husband. We are from out of town and heard it was a good place to eat. 10 am. There were another couple sitting at a table. Plus another guy by himself. The waitress was clearing off tables and talking to the guy a lot!! We came in and sat down. Waiting waiting and waiting she got a order up and she brought it to the couple that was sitting a couple tables away from ours. Went back to talking to the guy and picking up a few plates. Then while we are still waiting and couple young men come through the door and sit down. The waitress brings them water while we are still sitting there!!! We decided to get up and go!! She says to us thanks we Are like we didn't even get serve!! The place wasn't busy at all!!! I think I could over think it if it was. Wish I could say it was good food but never even got a water!!! Summers at the cabin usually result in weekly trips to the Ladysmith farmers market on Saturdays. Bohemian Ovens is a frequent there, with a booth full of their baked goods and an oven stuffed with warm breakfast Kolaches. These little sandwiches are quite delicious, filling, and only $2.50. Kolaches are when you take your breakfast fillings, wrap it in a sweet dough, and bake that baby! The first one I ever tried was the ham, swiss, & onion. The flavors were on point with a savory breakfast route. The lil' smokie is also a good choice. The sausage, pepperjack cheese, and BBQ have a lot of flavor! My personal fave is the pizza though. The sweet dough in this one absorbs the pizza flavorings and is crush-worthy. Pizza for breakfast, but re-imagined! I can vouch for their baked goods and would recommend Bohemian Ovens' products! read more

The rating is based on service rather than the food. The food has always been good and last Sunday was no exception. We were seated at 9:30 and served our food at 11:10. We were all very hungry. We were told that a cook didn't show up but the owner came in to cook. My big frustration was in not telling us that it would be a very long wait. We should have been able to make the choice to stay or leave. Secondly, they should have taken at least 10% off the bill for the customer's inconvenience. Third of all, our server could have apologized. We had somewhere we were expected to be at 11:00.....we arrived at 11:45. There are good improvements under the new management but this part of it needed improvement. read more

Horrible! Wish I could give this place no stars. Pizzas came out with burnt paper all over it. Told the waitress and at first they still wanted to charge be for it but then let me make another. Pizzas were black and raw in the middle. At the end of the meal we had a stack of burnt paper that the six of us pulled off our pizzas. Two of the pizzas came out tasting like fuel oil which made my husband sick the rest of the weekend. Waitresses were very rude. Place was dirty. Will never go back to this place! read more

We had a great time on a Saturday night recently when 4 of us showed up for supper about 6:30. The place was full but they quickly cleaned a table and we had immediate service and explanations for the make your own pizza. They brought us dough and we put the topppings on. They baked it in their brick fired oven (actually elm fired brick oven) and it was super. Fast - good - fun. Didn't try the bakery goods but they sure looked tempting and reasonably priced. read more
