The store has thousands of records in every genre of music you can imagine. I could have literally spent hours going through each bin of records. I loved how they have older, classic albums but also, newly released albums as well. The prices vary depending on the album. After shuffling through the bins, I purchased two albums and both sounded great on my record player! The staff were really nice and I will definitely be returning to add to my collection!!!

I went to the record store to try and find some Led Zeppelin or other bands I may like after i'm in the store for less than five minutes, he asked me if had found anything I wanted I replied with Some lead zeppelin and i'm looking for houses of the holy and I see it. There's a sticky note on the plastic that says it's an original pressing realizing, it's a first pressing. I want to make sure it's not scratched up to s*** so I take the sleeve off. I'm looking at the artwork. I'm opening the full gated sleeve. I take the vinyl and the protective original sleeve that's around it. And this stupid owner comes over. And hey, don't take it out of the packaging. I apologize because cause I was caught on guard. I then reply with, oh, I'm sorry I just wanted to look at it. And he doesn't reply, and then he says to me, are you a serious buyer? Do you even want this? And I'm trying to explain to him I do, but I wanna know if it's in good condition, and he doesn't respond to any of that. So I'm like, wow, this s*** sucks. And I didn't even take the vinyl out of the protective sleeve at all. He only got mad at me because I sat the artwork down on the protective. Sleeve on top of a stack of other vinyls, so I'm kind of p*****. So please don't shop at this store and everything's overpriced out the wazoo and he also has a lot of insensitive t-shirts with Inappropriate symbols and anatomy

I picked up some jewelry and some grateful dead items each visit. There is always so much to look at and it's all unique to their shop. Nobody else on the oceanfront has such awesome hippie merch. The people hanging there are always friendly which is such a plus when you're on vacation. They have it all. Clothes, accessories, mugs, home fragrance, hippie decor....anything you can imagine. And good prices too! I heard they burned out in a fire a few years ago and i am sure glad they came back and rebuilt. I can't imagine the each without a visit to this shop. Walk in happy. It felt like it was definitely a recipient of plenty of donations, but those donations were the kind that make their way to used books stores -do simply to the fact that they aren't very interesting, sought after, or are just plan duds. I browsed the entire book selection and nothing stood out. I also looked in depth at their vinyl selections and found them in about the same state. All were used (and all were in great shape upon arriving). Pretty freaking cool for $85 (includes shipping), for 13 records, that I genuinely enjoy and look forward to listening to again. I was really pleasantly surprised at how many records they had on the cheap that were in my wheelhouse. The descriptions on the website were very helpful, letting me (the buyer) know the condition of the record, if it came with an insert/poster/whatever, and if it was colored. Sometimes even more info than that. These guys and gals know how to vinyl. The guy I communicated with at Vinyl Conflict through email (Bobby) was really cool and didn't care about last-minute additions to my order. Packaging was great too upon receiving it. They're no dummies. Check out Vinyl Conflict, you might find some great music for a great price. Jesus I sound like a commercial. But do it anyway!

Helpful and friendly service, awesome and interesting finds, and just something fun to do if you're bored. In fact, I think it was boredom that turned me into a hipster to begin with. And ironically enough, I'm currently in the process of knitting a beanie, no joke. :-D
