I ordered the 5 Spice Chicken Banh Mi with no peppers. I really loved how the roll was freshly toasted and easy to chew. I'm used to bread sitting around and hard at places back home. It really tasted like I was having a plate of good 5 Spice Chicken in a sandwich roll. Generous amounts of tender chicken. Definitely worth checking out the other sandwiches. read more

This place caught our eye on our way to Anugerah for lunch. I did a quick Yelp search and saw all of the awesome reviews on this place so decided to leave a bit of space and didn't order too much for lunch. We first had a bit of a walk around then came back before heading back to Amsterdam. We ordered the BBQ pork bahn mi with coriander and chilis. I love how they make it quite fresh and toast the baguettes! You bite into a crunchy and warm sandwich. It was definitely one of the best bahn mi I've ever had. The chilis are killer tho! We also ordered a taro coconut (first time seeing this!) with pineapple jelly. Really good as sometimes I think bubble tea can taste really artificial. I have to say the creamy drink really help soothe the fiery spice from the bahn mi! If I'm ever back in Rotterdam, I'll definitely come back to this place. read more

Great Mango bubble tea and Banh Mi Thit. If you're in the area, definitely give it a try, you will not be disappointed. I'm just upset that I found this place so late in my trip :). read more

Probably one of the best banh mi I've ever had! I've been working in Rotterdam for a while, and a lot of people had recommended this place, but only just got round to checking it out. Man, kicking myself for not coming earlier! I got the Pork Special and the Taro and Coconut bubble tea to go. I'd already finished it before I'd walked that far away and ended up going back for another! The ingredients taste really fresh, they toast the baguette on demand for you for that awesome crunch, and it has that awesome combination of crunchy pickles, pate and meat. Hands down the best banh mi in Rotterdam! Ever since the opening of Boguette I made it my mission to try all sandwiches on the menu. And I did. Don't ask me which one's my favorite cause they pretty much all are. Maybe I should make it my next mission to find out which one's my fav... At Boguette you get decent sized, fresh from the oven, baguettes with good seasoned filling for a good price. Add some coriander and chili peppers if you desire (I know I do! the spicier the better). I'm also very pleased with their matcha milk tea. They totally hit the spot with that one so I really recommend you the matcha one if you want to try a non fruity bubble tea. I travel all over the place and am always looking for something quick, tasty, and reasonably priced. This place is ALL of that and more. The banh mi was crispy, fresh from their toaster, and had a great balance of meat (5 spiced chicken FTW), pickled veg, and chili + coriander (make sure to add it - it makes the meal!). The passion fruit green tea bubble tea was great - didn't taste like artificial sweetener and hit the spot. All of this was around 7 EUR. Go there. Go there every day. Hunny I am dreaming....off a hot midday lunch in hoian vietnam....only I have not left rotterdam but am having brunch at boguette . Pork special is the authentic vietnam combo and boy does it deliver...only complaint is It makes me greedy for another one ...so I did ...the lemongrass beef was yum too only reminded me of Vietnam less...its and interesting chilled place with some place to sit outside and in. When I was there 2 elderly ladies wandered in for a sandwich and were guided to the choice that fitted them best ...4 stars for boguette because of the hot tea not being Vietnamese ...that would blow this combo out of the park, but will definitely bring people with next time :) read more

Boguette is a really great place to grab a snack , however, if you are looking for a meal I would suggest going somewhere else. In order to get full I would have to eat 3 of their sandwiches, which would end up costing me around 13 euros. Other then that I would recommend coming here as the sandwiches are great. I still have periodic cravings for their sandwiches 3 months after being gone from Rotterdam. read more
