Spicy food is yummy, and as of such Red Pepper was on my bucket list for quite some time. Not only because they offer a la carte but also hotpot.
So I did go two times, once for both options. A la carte was okay, sort of. Spicy? Not really. Food was decent but nothing spectacular. The hotpot was also okay. It's nice they give you your own small pan to use and you are given the option how spicy you want your soup. For the more adventurous eaters try the more spicier one.
In the end hotpot is (food-wise) all about the soup, meat and vegetables. The meat was pretty mediocre so all in all don't go to RP if you want quality produce.
Also, the service isn't very good. The waiters look very busy even though the place isn't packed. When they do come to your table it tends to be a bit chaotic or they don't really seem to listen to any requests. read more
