The program I was specifically qualified for and interested in is called the Chinoa Program. I told my Ryan sales person this. SAMANTHA P. from NVR Mortgage, the approved lender of Ryan Homes, called me and told me that SHE DEALS WITH & HAS THE CHINOA PROGRAM. She went on to tell me how she could still use the Chinoa program and I could take advantage of the perks from using NVR. A few days later I called the Chinoa program with additional questions, only to learn that neither NVR, nor Samantha P. are approved lenders. This lady blatantly lied and got a hard hit on my credit report. When I sent an email, she responded "Currently NVR is not on their approved lender list however we have a product development team that coordinates with programs such as this to get us added to the list." I emailed several executives about the matter and they have been very responsive. I went to meet with the salesperson again and I was told by a branch manager that Samantha would be there for the meeting and would be apologizing. Samantha was there, didn't participate in the meeting and definitely didn't apologize. INTEGRITY IS THE ISSUE HERE. A lender that misleads, manipulated, doesn't own responsibility, yet all of her colleagues rant about her being GREAT. It just seems that from the beginning NVR has not HEARD me.
