I have been to multiple therapist for knees,back and neck. I had shoulder surgery and went to body wise for therapy. By far the best experience ever. Leslie is an angel she is very experienced. I have never had a more positive therapist that not only focused on my injury but she also works on your mind to keep you positive. read more

With the exception of the elderly receptionist the people who work in this office are the most rude group I have ever encountered. They talk amongst themselves and completely ignore the patient. I learned all about great ski vacations and pets, but nothing about my progress or lack thereof. GO ELSEWHERE, you will be glad you never stepped into Bodywise. When an establishment has only one bad review, we can sometimes assume a grumpy or cantankerous customer wrote a bad review, but when there has been two or more negative reviews about the same establishment then we know the organization is not concerned about quality control. I've found its best to avoid any establishment that has more than one bad review because they don't rectify nor improve over time. The receptionist who claimed to be the manager, has extremely poor diplomacy on the phone. I was a client there last year and the actual physical therapists were all wonderful, but the front desk is extremely rude. It's sad because many clients go there because they're injured, recovering from surgery and or are in physical pain. When I called my Dr.'s office to tell them why I needed another referral they said other people have also complained about the Bodywise receptionist/manager. I also have a friend who had a similar issue with the manager at the front desk. The front desk is very unprofessional. However the PT's are great if you can get past the inappropriate behavior of the manager at the front desk and the double billing issues! In addition, the machines and hand areas are not always cleaned between clients. During the the covid shut down they were only cleaning with a natural cleaner concoction that they had mixed and made themselves-- I know because I asked the front desk. The spray bottle was labeled in hand writing with a marker that read " tea tree cleaner" and that's not following state board sanitation requirements. In addition to this, towels are not placed in a closed container or closet, so that's also inadequate state board sanitation requirements. The towels were set directly under the massage table where their's a hole so your face can lay comfortable and breath--like all massage tables. Therefore, each client having a service breaths directly on the towels they use. That's also not state board sanitation requirements and certainly not appropriate sanitation during a world pandemic. This was also during the covid shut down. My last experience with Bodywish was while speaking to the front desk. This women claimed to be the manager. She interrupted me several times before I could finish even a short sentence. When I asked her to please not interrupt me and to please stop taking over me she simply stated, "I've been the manager for three years and have never had a problem." Therefore, I stated that "I'd like to deal with the present conversation I'm having with you right now, because your previous behavior has nothing to do with our present situation. She refused to acknowledge her behavior and never once apologized, she continued to interrupt me while I was speaking and also continued to talk over me when I was speaking. In addition to all of this, I was a client there a year ago, they made errors with billing and I was double charged on two separate occiasions and it took several months to get this straightened out with them. I'm grateful I keep proper record and documentation, because each time I phoned them to discuss the double billing problem, they said someone would call me back. NO ONE ever called me back. It was a mess dealing with them and now the front desk and manager has grown even more indignant and rude as time passes. I won't be going there again. One thing I wanted to be sure to say it that they do have very knowledgeable, compassionate and well trained physical therapists, but the front staff needs professional training in customer service and phone etiquette. It's highly likely, that the manager is not qualified to run that type of health establishment or she just doesn't give a darn about the customers who pay her salary. read more

The staff is great, however, it is not disclosed to you at the beginning of your workout sessions what the actual cost of each session will be and that your insurance probably won't pay for it. For the cost of the service the training should be significantly more personalized. I value the knowledge of the staff but the training routine felt like, I was at the local YMCA gym. Not what I expected for the high cost. $5000.00 for approximately 24, forty five minute basic workout sessions. read more

Couldn't be happier with the PT at Bodywise. Shane is a good listener and works to customize therapy for me. I don't feel like he is going through a set plan but rather understands where I am starting from and pushing me to get stronger. Would certainly recommend Bodywise. read more

After the first visit, I never had the attention of a physical therapist again. I was just passed to an aide that put me through the exercises. No hands on treatment by a therapist, ever. I have been to many physical therapists over the years and this has to be one of the worst. Sorry, that I had to give them a star at all. read more

Monique is wonderful! I brought my daughter in to see her about a problem she was having with her hip. Monique thoroughly evaluated & treated her, then taught her some exercises to do at home. My daughter doesn't live here so that was very helpful. Anyway, whatever Monique did, along with the home exercises made a huge difference and my daughter has no more pain in her hip! Monique is very sweet & professional, and has a very caring, calm manner about her. The rest of her staff that were there that day were also very friendly & professional. Whenever I need a physical therapist, this is where I'll go, for sure! read more

I was in soo much pain and needed an urgent appointment before leaving on vacation the next day. They took me in immediately, gave treatment and recommendations to recovery.
