I came to Dublin Hart's office because I too wanted non force a procedure. After 3 visits and my Last, I am now leaving her practice because she doesn't believe in masking during the pandemic CDC guidelines and without my asking, I was given an earful of her views on vaccine trials and our current administration's handling of the pandemic. I asked her Twice to stop the conversation which she finally did. I now don't feel safe in her office physically or emotionally. read more

Terrible, don't go, pinched a nerve around C5, can't feel my hands can't lift my legs, I have been home bound for a month now, can't comb my hair, I can only eat with a spoon, I have fallen three times know and I couldn't get up for a half hour to 45 min. with a great struggle to get up, never in my life has that happen, she has taken my life from me. Other people need to know with her she doesn't know what she is doing, you are taking your life in her hands and damage you, Going for an MRI and most likely looking at surgery. I got charged $95 on my first visit with insurance! Last time I went to a Chiropractor I was charged $60 without insurance! On top of that she doesn't actually crack you. Very disappointed. I should have just said no and left when they told me it was $95. I would have had I known I dont get cracked like I was expecting. Lesson learned call fists and ask their price and ask if they actually crack you. read more

What an awesome chiropractor! I had fallen and was bruised and aching from head to toe. After one session with Dr. Dublin I felt much better. Her approach is much different from other chiropractors that I have been to. No jarring ,no cracking no popping---just a gentle, skillful alignment that made a world of difference for me. Staff was very nice. Doctor was not. Told her that I was having shoulder problems to which she proceeded to align my back. Once she was done, my shoulder was still hurting and popping. She told me that what she did should fix it. I then proceeded to show her that is was still popping. She did one more adjustment and said that should fix it. I then again tried to show her that is was still popping but she was already walking out the door seemingly avoiding the problem. It's not a big deal if she can't fix the problem but she definitely shouldn't say that something would when it's kinda obvious that she knew it wouldn't. Wouldn't recommend coming here unless you want to waste your money. read more

I came to Dr. Hart the day after a very negative and horribly painful session with Dr. Blahas at Motion Medical Center. Dr. Hart took me in immediately after I called, as I was in unbearable pain and could hardly move. She is so wonderful! She uses Directional Non-Force Technique (DNFT), which is a gentle, thumb activation technique. She never ever twists your head or neck with violent force like other chiropractors do (I experienced great pain with Dr. Blaha's violent techniques). She spent a lot of time with me that first visit and said that what Dr. Blaha did to me actually made my condition worse, and that it's going to take time to heal. She has heard and knows about my autoimmune disease called Lipedema and knows the pain in the body that only Lipedema causes. I left that first visit feeling so relieved that I had found a wonderful and caring physician who was going to help me. She is so caring and friendly, too. Her officer manager, Lupe, is also very friendly and caring. Dr. Hart treats the whole person, the whole body. I was able to buy CBD oil from her to help with my pain, and she has many other remedies on hand that can help, as well as recommending that I take Epsom Salt and Vinegar baths to help with the pain (it works). She also said NOT to use heat, but to use ice. And the ice really helps, too. So, if you are looking for a chiropractor who uses a gentle technique and who is genuinely interested in helping you to feel better, look no further, you have found that gentle, caring healer in Dr. Dublin Hart. read more

I saw Dr. Hart for years and considered her an extraordinary healer. This changed, however, during a treatment I received from her last January. In response to an innocuous remark I made about why my body and muscles were tense, she unleashed a long tirade of her political views--while she was working on my body. This greatly increased my muscular tension. Because of Dr. Hart's deeply unprofessional and harmful conduct that day, I have decided not to seek treatment from her again. read more

The worst chiropractic experience I have ever had. I don't usually leave reviews, especially bad ones, but I have to warn people. I was a massage therapist and worked in several chiro offices, so I know what good chiropractor is. I was in pain for over a month and finally broke down to go see a new one in the town we just moved into. Was surprised to get a same day appointment (should have been the first sign.) Walked in with 16 pages of intake paperwork and was instantly hit with how dirty and cluttered the place was. They said they took my insurance which has a $50 copay at the highest! They brought me to a room, gave me a robe that looked 20 years old and told me to dress down. Now, this was my first appointment. Most are 90 minutes! 60 at least because good chiros take time to find out what's going on, take care in their patients and formulate a healing plan. I was expecting a sit down consult, but no consult ever happened. The Dr. walked in, shoved (yes, shoved) boots on me and started working. I've been to good non-force chiros. It's an art! 10 minutes later, off rips the boots and I'm done. That's it? No after therapy? No care suggestions? No roll table...nothing. Dr. Hart could care less. Then the real shock, they charged me $95! That's not the way this insurance works. I just had an appointment for my daughter in Tahoe with a Good non-force. Her fees: $50 for a 90 minute first appointment and $15 every visit after. Same insurance! I was still in so much pain and didn't want to get into a confrontation, so I paid. I had not expected that shock and was not prepared to get robbed. The whole visit including intake and payment was 25 minutes! I have never felt so taken advantage of in my life! If anyone likes this person, they have no idea how great chiropractors can be. By far, the most disappointing experience I've ever had at a chiro! The worst part, I am in just as much pain as when I went in, just out $95 and 25 wasted minutes of my life! read more

My insurance covers all chiropractors in or out of network and I am only required to pay a 15 dollar co-pay. This office charged me 90 dollars up front then also billed my insurance. I found their office through my insurance! I was seen in early December and although they have received payment from both me and my insurance I have yet to see my refund and never received news or follow ups regarding this. Every time I call, the billing manager Kim is conveniently "out of the office" or away from her desk and I still have not received my check. I have called about this issue on 5 separate occasions and was never given a straight answer and was always treated impolitely in the process. I would stay FAR away from this office as I think its a little suspicious how they handle their insurance. At first they also told me my 90 dollar payment was going to be used as a "credit with them" So essentially you're getting paid by my insurance and me which is concerning. The "Dr." was sub par at best rushed in and rushed out. Then after my fourth phone call Dublin Hart called me personally, not to apologize for the inconvenience, but to tell me that I should apologize for "screaming at her staff" which is untrue I was obviously frustrated about the 2 month ordeal but in NO way screamed. This office is an absolute nightmare. From start to finish. She told me that it was highly inappropriate to talk to her staff that way but then proceeded to berate her patient via a 51 second voicemail! Thanks for the voicemail proof that your practice is an unprofessional and disrespectful establishment. Also, I already took your advice 2 months ago and "found another chiropractor" who knows how to do their job and bill correctly. read more
