I keep getting some snotty person emailing me telling me there's nothing they need to do um hello refund what you stole! I told them, respectfully, no it wasn't, because I would never schedule an appointment so early. I have a toddler who gets up around 8am and never schedule any appointments earlier than 10am...ever. There's also the fact that I added it to my calendar as I was confirming it on the phone with the receptionist...I wasn't just going off memory. They refused to acknowledge that it was their error and wouldn't lift a finger to correct their mistake. They apparently couldn't get me in again for another two weeks. Needless to say I scheduled with another chiropractor.
