The pain was better but my range of motion was still bad. I went to the chiropractor wanting just a LITTLE more relief. A LITTLE more range of motion. We didn't finish my session, it hurt too much. I left in tears with an ice pack. I've been at urgent care trying to get a cortizone shot for the last 30 minutes. I'm in more pain now than I was before my session, and have less range of motion than I did. On the plus side, they (The Joint) gave me a courteousy ice pack on my way out the door and didn't charge me. Update #1: 1 hour later and I still have pain pulsating in my neck that wasn't this pronounced originally and a headache that was gone when I went into The Joint. Update # 2: 2 hours since I left the chiropractor and I am currently sitting in the e.r. crying and waiting to be seen because all urgent care could do was xray me. Update #3: After 4 hours at the ER, and two injections for pain and inflammation, I finally feel the exact way I did BEFORE I went to The Joint for help. Never. Again. I will NEVER go to a chiropractor EVER again EVER.

I told them, respectfully, no it wasn't, because I would never schedule an appointment so early. I have a toddler who gets up around 8am and never schedule any appointments earlier than 10am...ever. There's also the fact that I added it to my calendar as I was confirming it on the phone with the receptionist...I wasn't just going off memory. They refused to acknowledge that it was their error and wouldn't lift a finger to correct their mistake. They apparently couldn't get me in again for another two weeks. He was very through, listened to my symptoms, asked me questions for clarification, and explained every adjustment he made and why.
