My teen has anxiety, and the staff did NOTHING to make her comfortable in her MRI. The head Dr. refused music and then got annoyed at me for advocating for my daughter. He also got annoyed at my daughter for being nervous. They did not offer a mirror, TV, or anything to take her mind off of the loud, tiny tube. When I suggested my daughter might be more comfortable at Children's, the Dr scoffed at me and stormed out of the room. They then impatiently gave my teen daughter a DOUBLE ADULT DOSE of Valium, which affected her for days after. Honestly, my husband was even considering filing for malpractice for that. Terrible, horrifying experience. Stay away from this toxic place.

I was able to get into scrubs and go into the room where the MRI machine was, so my husband could feel more at ease, knowing I was there. I bet, because of this, RAYUS probably has a higher completion percentage than any other imaging place in the area. So empathetic and aware of understanding of different patients situations with imaging. 10/10 is what I would say about RAYUS... oh and one more thing.... We had the MRI done at like 930, I think, AND we had the final results by the afternoon!!!! Unheard of, I know. Anyway, I highly recommend RAYUS for all your imaging needs!!!!!

I cannot fully straighten my leg after my fall, so I asked whether it needed to be straight in the brace or simply kept in a comfortable position. Rather than answering professionally, he mocked me and mimicked the way I was walking, claiming it was "almost impossible" to walk with a bent leg ... That is exactly how I had been forced to walk into the clinic due to the pain in my knee when attempting to straighten it. Being dismissed, mocked, and given inadequate medical guidance while in pain is completely unacceptable. His behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and frankly appalling. I would strongly advise others to AVOID seeing this doctor. The rest of the medical staff were lovely.

I had an MD eval, labs, a CT scan, and a fluid bolus, and I was out of there in a little over an hour. For anyone not in healthcare, that is wildly impressive. Considering most wait times in the ER or urgent care can easily exceed 6-8 hours, this experience really stood out to me and absolutely warranted a review update. The clinic was super clean, organized, and the whole process felt incredibly streamlined from start to finish. The staff were friendly, helpful, and kept everything moving quickly without making the experience feel cold or rushed. That is a hard balance to strike in healthcare, and they nailed it. I do not impress easily when it comes to medical workflows, and this place absolutely delivered.
