I can't believe how bad the reviews are. The staff are working like crazy as they are constantly busy. And they have to deal with the most impatient people I have ever witnessed. So thank you so much to the staff, you all are wonderful! I sadly forgot the names of the kind women who worked with me on 2 different occasions. I booked ahead both times and was even able to cancel and reschedule my appointments a couple of times with ease. I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews when this is a very popular area, so wait times are to be EXPECTED. I enjoyed coming here much more than a DR's office. I had so much blood drawn and I was pretty anxious about it but both phlebotomists were so kind and friendly that it made for such a wonderful experience. Also, book your stuff ahead. Consistent rude staff and pathetic customer experience is the hallmark of this Labcorp center. You can wait for over an hour for an appointment you took over a month back for a 5 year old and ...you have no right to ask a question. If I could give zero stars I would the lady in the front window at lab crop was rude, my friend can't see that well and they were telling her she needed to be checked in by filling info on a computer right outside the window. She can't see, what don't YOU understand!!! They are there to help not sit and gossip to each other while someone is having trouble checking in! This place is a joke! read more

On 8/27/2025, the person at the counter was very friendly and efficient. I was also impressed by the skill and care exercised by the phlebotomist: despite my being somewhat dehydrated, she was able to locate a vein for the sample and made a good puncture on the first attempt, The entire experience was satisfactory and successful. read more

Just a mess. going here is like volunteering for a nightmare. Front desk associate pacing herself for a 36 hour day. Lab Techs move through people in a horrifically slow manner. This could be an efficient operation if someone was actually running It. read more

Showed up at the 1310 location for an appointment and saw a long line of ppl waiting outside. Looks like the lab folks forgot to show up that day. They should probably just shut the place down if they can't even have the doors open. I'm now far less likely to trust lab corp going forward and may just switch to Quest Diagnostics. read more

They were about to close for lunch and was directed to check myself In and there machine would give me an appointment. However. Instead the machine said take a seat and my name would be called. Shortly the person at the front desk said I had a one o clock appointment. Why couldn't she have done that for me? They were scheduled to have lunch at noon so I'll come back after their lunch at one o clock . I just find this more poor service from the front desk at lab Corp. Walk-in drug screens are a mess. The appointments are too far out for purposes of a pre-employment drug screen deadline. So you can't get an appointment. They are understaffed for the volume they have. Beware if you are sent here for a drug screen. You won't receive it or have to wait several hours. This is my second attempt to get this screen completed in the last 4 days. The first attempt I was turned away. Today, I showed up at opening (8am) and the staff that was supposed to be here hasn't showed up yet (it's now 9:15am). read more

If I could give 0 starts or even negative stars I would. Front desk was rude and unhelpful, made an appointment but was told I could walk in if I got there early to possibly be seen sooner. I got there at 8 and she wouldn't talk to anyone just kept saying use the kiosk so I did, I asked if I was on the wait list and she said yes. I didn't see my name on the board which is why I asked, and I wanted to make sure I wasn't just checked in for my 10 am appointment, my name showed up eventually with an a for appointment so I went to the front desk to ask her, at this point everyone who was there when I got there in front and behind me in line had already been seen and they were seeing people who walked in after me, turns out I was only checked in for the 10 am appointment and waited over an hour for no reason. She was really rude about it and wouldn't switch me to the walk in list. I left and went to the other nearby labcorp at 1200 116th which I highly recommend! The staff there is excellent, I will only be going to that location or others never again the 1310 location! read more

If I could I would leave a zero rating! Horrible front desk. Very rude, angry, insulting woman sitting there yelling at every one. She hates her job and she needs to be let go so she can find happiness some where else. Patients have their own problems and have to deal with her sour attitude. I see that the business manager has been replying to all these negative reviews about the same woman in the past year and saying they will look in to this . I walked in and checked in, expecting to wait at least some because people who had appointments were there before me. Over the hour that I sat in the lobby, an actual person was attending the front desk for maybe half of that, so there was no one to ask about their process or when any of us could expect to be seen. I heard around 4 names called with no one present to respond, and still no walkins were taken during that time. Along with myself, I also saw at least three people come in and leave when they realized what the wait was going to be like. Karolyn Jackson is the best !! She so the only reason it is not a 1. Otherwise Labcorp is awful 1. My doctor did have the correct requisitions including a urine analysis but they said they did not have it. Then they want me to come back in and pay another fee just to come in 2. They have an archaic system so no matter how many times I update my address and insurance it keeps reverting back to some thing that was 10 years ago 3 often shortstaffed 4. Now they want to take your credit card and charge you money even when you've got extensive coverage through a name brand insurance at the second highest tier (silver) and have a good history of payment read more

- Come here to ruin your day - We had to get a quick blood draw for lab work, and the self-checkin kiosks were done. What happened was that after you went through all the trouble to put in all your information in the kiosk, it will tell you "oops something went wrong" and ask you to see the receptionist. The funny thing is, you are actually checked in and you can see your name on the screen. My name was placed at the end of page2 on the screen, and two guys came and their names were on page1. It just means the list is no way in chronological order, but the receptionist kept telling me to look at the list to see who's in front of me. After roughly one hour of struggle, I got it done. But man, will I come here for anything again? I think not. read more

The 1310 Bellevue WA location has badly shortage of staff. You need 90 minutes of waiting time or come 30 minutes early to get the first spots. I do not understand why they do not put the filling documents online. The is NO weekend operation and supershort afternoon operation hours (8-12 and 1-3 pm NOT 4.30 pm M to F- few person working or studying can make up this time) read more

I've had two fabulous experiences at Labcorp Bellevue. I am a tough patient as they can never find a vein (I'm often sent away at other places). Natalia took care of me, attended to making me warm and comfortable, and made sure she could draw before pricking me (I didn't even feel it). It is Imperitive you call ahead to verify hours of operation. After you find out the hours, plan to arrive an hour before closing at the latest. For a drug test (required for new job) I found out they close at 4pm. I arrived at 3:40pm and they said they were done for the day and 3:30pm is the cutoff. That was a bummer. The next day I arrived at 3pm, signed in. With 4 people in front of me, it took 25min until my turn. Note, there was only 1 person working, taking names, processing paperwork, supervising tests etc. She was doing her best and very good at explaining to every person the protocols. Horrible experience. I have been to this location twice (1 - drug test and 2- blood work). For drug tests, I took an appointment but they are so short-staffed I ended up waiting for 1 hour before they took me in. For blood work, I walked in after my wellness check and I had to wait for 2 hours before they took me in. When my turn came, the nurse (Who also works at the front desk for check-ins) had to poke me twice to get the blood work and she poked me so bad that I had a big bruise and a lump on my vein. Avoid this place at all costs on Saturday mornings. The lady working the front desk was literally rude and annoyed at everyone walking in because they were so busy. The waiting area is small and a lot of people were left standing outside. Instead of checking people in, she was guiding folks to the self kiosk and would huff and puff (literally) if you asked her a question. She just kept saying "It is so busy, this place is nuts" in a really loud voice. I was so tempted just to walk out, I have had better service at the labs inside the hospital across the street and they are busy all the time! read more

The staff here are very rude and unhelpful. I've tried calling several times throughout the week and they have never once picked up the phone. I wanted to find out whether my doctor's lab orders were faxed over so I know whether or not to come in. After being unable to reach them through the phone, I came in at my scheduled time only to find out they did not receive a fax from my doctor's office. The lady in front is very rude and did not seem to want to helpful AT ALL. She should not work here if she doesn't want to be helpful or at the very least be friendly with the patients that walk in. Additionally, not all LabCorps are related to each other, so if your doctor orders lab work for you, make sure that this LabCorp is able to receive the order. read more

First, and foremost I want to say I use to work for Labcorp so I am not new to this. I understand that they are possibly short staffed but this has to be the slowest Labcorp I have ever been to. Not to mention, if you are going to get a drug screen you can only come between 8am-11am and 1pm-3pm. You cannot make a an appointment for it. Those times are horrible for people with jobs.. especially when it is for a job. This is truly not okay. Especially when I came in on the dot when they opened at 8AM and as I write this it is 9:30 and have still not been seen. I have not yet got to pee in a cup, which will take all of 20 seconds tops. Let me also add the women who is checking people in at the front takes about 10 min a person and they have to leaves to go draw blood so we are all stuck waiting here for over 10-15 more minutes at a time. This place needs more staff.... immediately. it's unfair to the workers and the patients. read more

Had a drug screen scheduled. I ran a couple of minutes late due to traffic. The receptionist was unhelpful in rescheduling or adjusting the appointment. Customer service is definitely not a priority. I don't recommend using this office. read more

I had to get a pre-employment drug screening-The last time I needed one of these I lived in NYC...The place was a dump and was in the hood...So this location was refreshing. I came to this location because it had parking-no other reason I live in Seattle proper and reviews stated how difficult the Seattle locations were. I came in around 300 PM on a weekday Parking: Was crowded...not a lot of available spaces (Limited). But there is a private lot...better than the locations in Seattle. The waiting area/front desk area is cramped... The front desk person: Is just really mean and nasty-She is a white haired more mature woman who had patience for no one-guess what I do not come and get a pre-employment drug screening on a regular basis so sorry I do not know the drill-she was so nasty to everyone (So I am glad it just wasn't me she was not pleasant to anyone who came in). She was so put out that not one person who came in knew you had to check into the kiosk first before we were granted the permission of her majesty's audience (she doesn't allow you to ask her any questions). The wait was less than 5 minutes for me to pee into a cup. The Lab Technician: Was super nice!!! She was friendly and kind and very quick! She was younger young woman with blonde hair with light blue tips and was so friendly went through my paperwork and was on my way! The reasons I gave this place a 3 was because of parking and the Lab Technician! Everything else was sub par at best.... The front desk person should be excused, her personality does not warrant working with other people. She is a crank. read more

If you want to experience what healthcare must have been like in the former Soviet Union then look no further! Most inefficient laboratory service I have ever experienced. Have had several bad experiences over the past six months but this mornings visit will be my last. Arrived at 8am on a Saturday morning expecting a minor wait. Signed in at the "Sign in Here" sign. So far so good. After waiting for 15 min I find out from the receptionist that I needed to sign in at an electronic kiosk (which did not have any signage indicating such). Apparently you're not supposed to sign in on the list at the "Sign in Here" sign. Meanwhile 5 other patients have come in and they are only taking you back based on the time you signed into the kiosk. At this point it would take at least an hour more to be seen. After waiting 30 min I gave up and left. During my time there nearly everyone was frustrated and angry, elderly patients were struggling to read and and sign in to the stupid kiosk, and a few patients that had been there since it opened at 7:30 we're still waiting to go back at 8:15 and had to watch as patients who came in later were being seen sooner. Oh, and several folks who had made appointments were told that they were not being honored and was only on a first come first serve basis. As I left one person was urgently asking to talk to a manager while being told from the receptionist that there wasn't one there today. Avoid at all costs! If anyone from LabCorp leadership reads this all I can say is that you should be ashamed of yourselves. For having a clinic that is across the street from a major hospital being this incompetent, well, you really should please do us all a favor and resign. Based on my terrible experience with LabCorp I am seriously considering changing endocrinologists to a provider that has a lab as part of their practice. Really like my endocrinologist but the hassle that is LabCorp makes me question how much more I can take. read more

Sign outside door reads no more than 4 patients, I walk in and there's an entire room of people cramped in like sardines. The unit clerk doesn't have any idea what she's doing. I was told my drug screen had to be made online only, no available date till July 7th. I normally just have to show labcorp facilities my paperwork via my cell phone that my agency emails me. The clerk said I needed to bring in a paper form ( I don't travel with a printer). I walked out and came to Concentra much nicer, friendlier, and professional place. read more

Biggest problem: appointment times mean nothing. It is first come first serve. What is the point of booking, then? Just stick to a schedule. I do not understand why this place has to be so dingy/grungy. As well, the service is slow and unfriendly.
