I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews when this is a very popular area, so wait times are to be EXPECTED. I enjoyed coming here much more than a DR's office. I had so much blood drawn and I was pretty anxious about it but both phlebotomists were so kind and friendly that it made for such a wonderful experience. Also, book your stuff ahead. Don't do walk ins. And have some patience!

But let me tell l, am I ever so glad I did. My initial appointment was with Dr Lai. We went over Rheumatoid Arthritis and what it looked like and he broke down diagnoses and treatments. After additional testing where my markers didn't come back super high, but I knew the pain I was having wasn't fake. They really listened to me and treated me with care and concern. I've since been visiting with a PA, Christopher D, and his care and bedside manner is top tier. The treatment plan and follow up plan is helping to manage my pain. And for that I'm grateful. The staff at the desk is friendly and helpful. You do have to wear a mask in the entire facility. I did not understand this at first but knowing the people who come here are dealing with auto immune issues, I really respect that they do this.

Arriving around 9:20am on a Friday morning, there were a decent number of people there. I quickly checked in at a self-serve kiosk, followed by the front desk calling me over to settle up my remaining out of pocket cost. I waited less than 5 minutes for my name to be called and was taken back to get blood drawn. The person working with me quickly found my veins and was able to draw blood in no time! My veins are hard to see, so often I have to get poked multiple times with the needle. I was in and out of there in under 15 minutes. Great experience!

GS Labs filled out the insurance paperwork incorrectly so the claim was not paid. Their billing is incompetent!!! Their testing was also incompetent! It took 2 weeks to get the results. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

I had an MD eval, labs, a CT scan, and a fluid bolus, and I was out of there in a little over an hour. For anyone not in healthcare, that is wildly impressive. Considering most wait times in the ER or urgent care can easily exceed 6-8 hours, this experience really stood out to me and absolutely warranted a review update. The clinic was super clean, organized, and the whole process felt incredibly streamlined from start to finish. The staff were friendly, helpful, and kept everything moving quickly without making the experience feel cold or rushed. That is a hard balance to strike in healthcare, and they nailed it. I do not impress easily when it comes to medical workflows, and this place absolutely delivered.

After being fitted with a leg brace, I asked a few basic questions such as what position my leg should be in and how long I should wear it. Instead of giving clear guidance, he responded with "I don't know". I cannot fully straighten my leg after my fall, so I asked whether it needed to be straight in the brace or simply kept in a comfortable position. Rather than answering professionally, he mocked me and mimicked the way I was walking, claiming it was "almost impossible" to walk with a bent leg ... That is exactly how I had been forced to walk into the clinic due to the pain in my knee when attempting to straighten it. Being dismissed, mocked, and given inadequate medical guidance while in pain is completely unacceptable. His behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and frankly appalling. I would strongly advise others to AVOID seeing this doctor. The rest of the medical staff were lovely.
