If you're a woman of color looking for a laser tech who actually knows what she's doing, run to…read moreNoushi. I'm only on my fourth session and the results are already wild -- like "wait... why is it already this smooth?" wild. She's warm, funny, and makes the whole process feel way less intimidating. She explains everything, checks in constantly, and somehow manages to be both professional and your hype woman at the same time. My skin always feels cared for, never rushed. Plus, she just gets melanin. No guessing, no hesitation -- she knows exactly how to treat darker skin safely and effectively, and it shows in the results. The space is clean, she's gentle, and I actually look forward to my appointments... which says a lot considering it's laser hair removal. Highly recommend her if you want real results and someone who treats you like a person, not a number. **BONUS** she ALWAYS has a great playlist going in the waiting area.

She's a nice lady. She does good work, but I mean to be fair as a big burn. It took two weeks to get healed up. Cost me about $100 for all the first aid supplies and burn cream for the laser tattoo removal and it was pretty intense, Recovery. We did not go back for the second treatment. It was very difficult Recovery.

Went to this medspa in Apr and May when I saw they were offering Spring discounts for fillers. I…read morecame in for Xeomin and Radiesse but could only get Xeomin because Nurse Joy said she wasn't sure if she had enough Radiesse for me, when I only requested two injections, and told me to reschedule for the injections as she didn't want to use up the medspa's low quantities and not be able to inject clients that weren't new patients. I thought odd, but okay. I received 10-15 xeomin injections in my forehead and brow area that day and then came back for the Radiesse for the next appt. For the Radiesse appt, I got the two injections and left after I paid. Radiesse is expensive, but didn't know it was going to be the price I paid, especialy since I used my Xperience+ points and their Spring discount, but whatever. In June, I called back to the medspa as the Radiesse injections had not absorbed into my body and you could see the EXACT mapping pattern Joy used to inject the Radiesse and it looked raised and extremely bumpy. As in, after the swelling went away after the first week, the Radiesse didn't move or soften from where she injected. So, after about 5-6 weeks, I called them in Jun and sent a picture in to show what I was talking about. Joy called me that week and said this has never happened before and that she reached out to Radiesse for advice and would be getting back to me the following week. She never called the following week and oh guess what, my Xeomin injections seem to be dissolving extremely quicker than normal and I already have movement in my forhead area as if I didn't receive any injections there in the first place. This is not normal for me as Xeomin injections from two other medspas had lasted 5-6 months for me in that area and not one. I would not and could not recommend this place.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this Med Spa. This is a one of a kind place. They…read moreoffer many services Facials, Botox, Dysport, Fillers. They will have me as a client for life.

I'll go with 5 starts here even though I only went once so far for a Massage, however I do have an…read moreappointment for a Reflexology Mani-Pedi set up for next Saturday, through a deal I bought with a Groupon. I was extremely happy with my Massage from Connie, it was JUST right, as far as everything goes. The Spa is cute and not far from my home, and includes a row of very busy hair stylists, and also an area for Manicures and Pedicures. The massage room was quiet, peaceful and comfy. The Massage Conversation was just right, thank God it didn't start with the dreaded "So do you have a boyfriend? What does he do? What do you do?" while I'm laying there trying to forget that I have a life outside my pampering day. I'm really looking forward to coming back, and making this more of a regular pampering place!

Trouble started when I tried to book a spa package. At first, no one would answer the phone. I…read moretried multiple times during the day when they website said they were open. So, I left a message. No one called me back. Someone finally answered after the third day of trying. I would have given up, but I had purchased a Groupon. The Groupon they had advertised was for a three hour spa package. Mani, pedi, hot stone massage and hot stone facial. They pushed me out the door after two hours exactly. I handed the owner my Groupon while my nails were drying. Gave her a generous tip to share with the massage "therapist". They both then proceeded to walk out the back door. Didn't say thank you, or good bye, or hope you enjoyed your visit, or I'm sorry we're an hour short today, etc. One of the hair dressers politely said for me to have a nice day. I was the first client of the day. They got there and opened up at exactly 10:01. The rugs and floors were dirty. The nail area needed a good scrub and sanitizing. It was kind of like a one room school house. To the right are the hair stations (2 or 3) and to the left is the small nail area. Straight back behind the receptionist "pedestal" is the hair washing station and to the right is the "massage room". I can't imagine what the massage room would have sounded like if someone was getting their hair washed. The massage room is sectioned off by sheet rock ONLY. You can hear everything that was in the salon. While my masque was drying, the lady felt the need to eat chips....in the room. I have never had that happen in my life. Oh, and I was super curious as to what a hot stone facial was, but I'll never know. It was just a regular facial that I could have done at home. Didn't feel refreshed and I actually felt dirty. Poor job of washing the masque off. I went out for lunch afterwards and my entire nose was still full of masque goop. I recommend a business owner refresher course, a good deep cleaning, and removing the word "SPA" from the business name.
