Angela is a treasure trove of knowledge. Her questions immediately made me know that she knows her 'stuff.' She is SO likeable! I was immediately comfortable with her. Angela told me her plan for me, and she provided me with every bit of information that I needed from prep to fee to after care. Finally, in late January my laser resurfacing appointment arrived. I was SO excited to take this first step in a three step regimen Angela had developed for me. I'm including pix of me with numbing cream applied just before the procedure, the ice pack that is applied after the laser, me in my car approximately 30 minutes post procedure, the next morning, and a few more if Yelp lets me. In short, the procedure was not painful or uncomfortable. Angela and I had agreed that she would be aggressive with the laser: I am a 'go big or go home' person. The after care instructions and products were superb. Five days post procedure, I could see huge improvement in the fine lines and wrinkles on my face and neck. I recommend Angela without reservation. She is a learned, informed professional who is a true talent in her profession. The office is centrally located in Raleigh's Village District. Parking is super convenient. The office is spotlessly clean and gorgeous. The receptionist is helpful and very friendly both on the phone and in person.
