I explained that I was supposed to get bloodwork today and see the dr. for my physical next week. Thinking that was all understood and clear, I took a seat and waited while everyone eIse who came in after I did had been called back. Then I asked the receptionist a couple of time when I would be seen. She said they were waiting for orders to come in so that I could get my bloodwork done and that I would be called next. Again, I took a seat then they called someone else and at 7:50a I went to the desk and told them that I was leaving. I understand that human error happens but I honestly feel like this all happened for a couple of good reasons, terrible healthcare providers and terrible customer care.
