We traded for the other one we were looking at and it worked just fine. Friendly service, a warranty that they stand behind, and really fair prices for their used gear. We went after work since they were having a Labor Day sale. He was extremely knowledgeable and went over the products, explained the differences, and had us try everything. Zero pressure sales, just friendly knowledge. After an hour and a lot of sweat we picked the equipment. A Spirit Fitness XBR95 Recumbent Bike and a Vectra 220 Elliptical. I was originally going to get the Spirit elliptical but I really like the feeling of the Vectra better. We purchased on Tuesday and it was delivered Friday. They don't just order from the manufacturer they have their own warehouse inventory and use a dedicated delivery and assembly team. The delivery crew was equally awesome. While building the equipment they talked about workout tips, showed all the features of the equipment, and went over preventative maintenance tips. I totally love our purchases and even on the lowest setting the elliptical is kicking my butt so I look forward to improving my endurance! If you're looking for fitness equipment look no further. Then he promise to show up Saturday morning and didn't. So I'm force to correct their mistake myself. I paid him $260 dollars and couldn't use the machine correctly because of their bad assembly. Notice the gym installed correctly with the bench adjustment on the left, and also the instructions clearly showing it on the left. Then look at my gym with the bench adjustment on the right. Unfortunately, one of the rolls had a weird spot on it that wasn't 100% vulcanized and was semi deteriorated. I called Mike and he offered to bring me a roll but it would be later in the day.
