I've purchased a basic power cage, seated leg curl/leg extension machine - plate loaded, an adjustable ab bench, a bumper plate set, cast iron plates, rubber hex dumbbells, olympic curl bar, high/low pulley attachment - plate loaded, tricep rope attachment, a few cable bars, sets of resistance bands, and a 10 pair vertical dumbbell rack with absolutely no regrets! Overall as a brand, I think they can do better with their instruction/owner's manuals and some quality control but it wouldn't to stop me from purchasing more equipment from them nor recommending them to others. Something's gotta give for their high quality equipment, extremely competitive prices, and great customer service! The Service: I've always experienced friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive service from Ricardo and Steven. I've ran into a few minor snags before but they've always been quick to remedy them by bringing multiple solutions to the table to ensure my satisfaction. I walked in with doing some research ahead of time and wanted to browse without pressures to buy buy buy. Steven greeted me and was very helpful with questions and suggestions, again, without any pressure and just wanting to share his knowledge. He shared some suggestions, pros and cons and let me browse and try at my own pace. In the end, I purchased floor mats, dumbbells, and a 3-tier rack. Love the staff. Adrian was very helpful and called daily with updates at each step. I ordered an entire home gym setup at over $2,000. Bumper plates at $1.49/lbs is lower than metal plates at Dicks or Play It Again Sports. I found ETE through a Google search after seeing that it would take over a month to get a full cage rack from Rogue + $300 to ship from Ohio. Entire order took two days to be delivered start to finish during Thanksgiving week. Great to support a local business and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Went in today looking to grab couple barbells, new cable attachments, additional free weights, and dumbbells since it said they were on sale online. Seems like a nice place driving up, don't let the looks deceive you.. this place blows. you go in, super fuckin quiet, kinda weird. Shelves lookin like Swiss cheese. Saw some people I thought were working so asked for some help, turns out they needed help to and the guy was sitting on his ass at his desk ignoring the half dozen of us in there. Long story short, they left without making any purchase and so did I. If I was the owner I'd look into whoever was working 8/5/24 and tell them look for a new job because they obviously don't like this one and are helping your business fail. read more

I ordered my equipment in late may, and only received it a couple weeks ago. When I ordered my equipment, the time expected to be delivered was 6-10 weeks. They staggered my order making me take 40 minute drives to the store and back home every 2 weeks ish. When I ordered my stuff, they gave me a colored pair of bumper plates (I ordered all black), and they gave me black cast iron plates (those were NOT pictured on their website). The website said that they would reach out by phone to let me know my order was ready. They didn't call and were very disorganized when I called them. I ended up driving to their location and they said they had half my equipment waiting for half the week. I spend hundreds of dollars on this equipment, I expect good customer service to ensure that I get the product, and what I actually ordered. I'm fine with what I got, but they could have at least told me. Order from someplace else, most of ETE's plates are generics bought at wholesale price. You can buy the exact same equipment elsewhere. read more

DO NOT purchase their Barbell plates! I purchased almost 500lbs of Barbell plates and they were off by as much as 5lbs each. Weight them before you leave home with them.. the dumbells too! The owner will not exchange them. I get it, they will not be exact, but 5lbs is unacceptable. Plus they were chipped On top of that they never really knew when my order was going to get here. Let alone what day of the week it was I am very disappointed with the amount of money I spent there and the quality of product that I received. Learn from my mistake please. read more
