Best workout EVER!!! I've taken 3 so far and I was so impressed by these classes! After just one session, I could feel instant strength in my legs (and feet!) I normally cannot wear high heels longer than 1 hour at church before I'm "dying". My last class was about 3 weeks ago, and I am still finding myself wearing my high heels all day to work, and then sweeping the floor when I get home before realizing I have not taken off my shoes to rub my aching feet! (They aren't aching!) The workout you get is full body--everything hurts (which is AWESOME!) The instructors are so hospitable and inviting, and made me feel comfortable even though I've never taken a ballet class in my life. They were thorough in explaining each exercise, and would come around to help with technique without it being embarrassing! It was almost like personal training--that good!! I definitely would recommend these classes to anyone!! I have a past knee injury (that included arthroscopic surgery) and was so thankful to get a great cardio workout that was low-impact and didn't put any stress on my joints like traditional cardio would on a treadmill!! read more

Life changing! A friend suggested I give Body Barre a try, and I thought of every excuse not to go! I'm not flexible, I'm not a dancer, I'm out of shape, I don't have time...and so on. I finally went to check it out, and all my excuses flew out the window! It is now the only hour in my day that I don't have to think about anything but what the positive, energetic, encouraging instructors are telling you to do. You don't have to be flexible, a dancer, or in shape! You gain flexibility & definition in your muscles...it is a full body workout, cardio, toning...all in one precious hour! There are several classes each day and each instructor brings a new way to inspire you to love your body...and yourself. They are dedicated to giving you a great workout with correct form and reminders to breathe! I am so thankful that I got out of my comfort zone and tried Body Barre! I look forward to it every time! (And I actually miss it when I can't go!) Try it...you'll be glad you did!! read more

Instructors provide pointers on your form so you get the most out of your workout. In addition to barre, they have yoga and Pilates classes that are amazing! If you are not able to make an in studio class, they also have live streamed classes and an online workout library so you can pull up your favorite class or instructor on demand. One class was all it took for me to be hooked! Give them a try, you will be so glad you did! read more
