I've had memberships at every big gym you can think of and the customer service here does not even compare! Back in February I had to have emergency surgery and was out of the gym for a few weeks, they randomly called me the week after I had surgery to make sure I was doing okay since they had not seen me in there, they obviously were unaware I had surgery and just wanted to see if I needed anything or when I would be back. I mean do other gyms call you to check on you when they don't see you around? NO!!! So little things like that is what sets them apart for me in today's world. The massage therapist is incredible and the moment you walk in it's like entering an oasis. I workout everyday and was incredibly tight in my neck and shoulders. Review for Anytime Fitness -…read more As someone who travels the country and visits various Anytime Fitness locations, I've come to expect a certain level of quality--but this location was a major disappointment. First, management was nowhere to be found during business hours. I was there for two hours and never saw an employee. I spoke with others and they said the manager is rarely there. I did not see coaches or cleaning crew either. The door didn't latch properly and I was able to walk right in. Does this location even care about the security of its members? I question whether the camera system works or is even installed. (Usually you can see a screen in the office but I did not see one.) I would be worried about late night workouts. Also, I saw two other people come in, interested in membership, have to leave because no management was found. The gym itself was filthy--trash cans were overflowing, the windows have spiderwebs on the inside, and the advertising on the windows were dirty, curled up along the edges and also blocked natural light. It gave the place an unwelcoming, neglected feel. On top of that, the men's shower area was in terrible condition--the bench was broken in the down position which makes showering impossible, and the shower curtain was downright gross. The toilets, sinks and shower look as if they have not been cleaned in months. Even the walls and floors were scummy. Broken mirrors. Dirty windows. If there's a Covid-25 outbreak, this place might be ground zero. There were plenty of machines available since there were only a couple of other members. The place feels abandoned. So two stars cause I was able to get a workout without waiting. Overall, this gym needs serious attention. The Anytime Fitness brand is usually dependable, but this location is not up to standards. I hope management takes action to clean up and improve security, but for now, I wouldn't recommend stopping here. There's a Gold's Gym a block away and several other fitness centers in the area.

The instructors are great! They get to know you and are very encouraging. Pilates is for anyone. Don't worry that you won't fit in. Don't worry that it looks like it's hard to get into classes at first. If you sign up for the one that you can go to several different studios in the area, you'll have a ton to choose from. The waitlist moves fast. After a year and a half, I can say this is my exercise home. I don't anticipate stopping ever.

I took the plunge and started coming to the Frisco location and have worked with Elisa, and I wish I started sooner, It's crazy how much a difference it makes when someone else (who knows exactly what they're doing) stretches you. I have less pain, I sleep better, and I'm incredibly motivated to move more because I feel so good. Elisa is wonderful! Easy to talk to, explains everything in detail, and really knows how to target my trouble spots. Her method is educational and easy to digest, in addition to the fact that she listens to my complaints and even helps with working the 'support' muscles, and in the short time I've worked with her 1:1 it's been such a great time. Highly highly recommend!

They ask you to come in 15 prior to the start of class so they can get you adjusted to the erg and help with proper technique. I signed up for a signature class which I'm glad that was the class I chose. The first class was a great pace for me. I didn't stop even though my mind kept telling me to stop and take a break. I really pushed my self and was happy that Heather was my first coach. I signed up that day for a membership and I haven't looked back. I absolutely love the workout I get from power class. Full row is creeping up as a favorite and restore is always there to reset the body. If you have ever though about trying a row class feel free to stop by and try it out. You won't be disappointed.
