He worked with me to stay within my budget and communicated every step of the way. When I was ready to have more work to restore it a year later, he didn't hesitate, staying in my budget. When the car had mechanical issues that were outside his scope? He referred me to his dad's garage up the way who treated me just as kindly and helpfully. This year I brought him my moms old Suzuki after she got in a fender bender. I was immediately scheduled and provided an estimate after I sent in photos. I was guaranteed an 85% improvement. After all, nothing could be 100% unless I went the body work route. I was ok with this. It only took 2 hours while I waited in their comfortable lobby. The end result was great!! Better than I expected!! The dent was in a difficult place and yet they kept their word and got it within 85-90% improvement. I can barely see any imperfection unless I'm really looking for it. Much less expensive alternative and i highly recommend them!! I feel like I can enjoy my car again!!

I scheduled an estimate for May 19th and then the repairs for May 29th, when the rental company called to confirm my rental they had been provided information stating my car was being repaired in the Lewis Center location. I called Caliber Dublin and was told they didn't show any estimate being completed and didn't have parts. They suggest I bring the car in that morning for an estimate. When I arrived another person stated oh, we have pictures of your car and see you were in on May 19th. Unfortunately no one wrote up the order for parts and we will need to do that today or the next day and would call as soon as it was written. I called again on Monday, June 2nd and was told they would call me that day or the next it still had not been written up or parts ordered. On Wednesday, June 4th I called the insurance company since Caliber still had not called and asked for a new repair center as Caliber is not responding. Don't waste your time, go somewhere else for better customer service.
