During the retreat, she led 2 yoga classes a day, 1 vinyasa flow and 1 yin yoga. And plenty of fun activities in between! There were various things including a workshop, hiking, relaxing in the hot springs. It was the perfect balance of yoga and adventure all in one weekend. Everything was extremely well organized. Carrie planned all of the meals, which were mostly all included, and she was very considerate of everyone's dietary restrictions. And the location was BEAUTIFUL! I would definitely attend another retreat. It was such an amazing experience, I feel like I need one every year! Carrie really help cultivate an incredibly rejuvenating experience.
