I totally should have known it was a gimmick, as they advertised on FB/Instagram. Here is where I made a horrible mistake by allowing Tiana to administer a facial. I had beautiful skin, and when she finished, my skin was red, burning, and there were broken capillaries all over my face. To date, I have been under a dermatologist's care and medication for 18 months and counting. This little establishment has caused me so much pain and depression from a $100 facial. Furthermore, when she was performing the facial, my cheekbones hurt for days, and my neck and skin on my face burned for weeks. I had a few conversations and texts with Eric, who is the owner, to no avail. This establishment will not take accountability and only makes excuses. They will threaten and use words such as "blackmail" when I ask for a refund for both ineffective procedures. I have text messages that will corroborate this. Please, if you don't want to have this horrific experience, I beg you to take heed to this review. I pray nobody will ever have to have this traumatic experience as I have to live with. If you are looking for natural looking lashes and you've never had extensions before, you may want to find a larger salon with more variety. She should have looked at the example I showed her and said, "I can't give you anything close to this look with the extensions I have." Instead, she said she only had C or D curl and thicker lashes. Since I have never had extensions before, I had no idea the dramatic difference this would make. They looked like fake lashes, not anything like the example I showed her. After I saw my extensions and wanted them changed, she said she was booked up the rest of the month but we could pay $20 to have them removed. I ended up trimming them with scissors because they were way too long and will be going to a different salon to have them removed and reapplied.
