Dr. Heidi Johnson at Body Evolution is a true miracle worker! I can't say enough good things about her and the incredible care I've received. After an unfortunate incident over a month ago, where I hit my knee on the edge of a piece of furniture, I was in constant discomfort. I didn't think to mention it to Dr Heidi as I go for monthly adjustments to keep my "SPINE" aligned for preventative health care and overall well being, and she uses her K-laser for my sometimes stiff neck where I hold all my stress and tension! She felt around my knee and thanks to her expertise, one quick push and my knee pain improved immediately - she told me that my knee cap had gone out of alignment! I walked out of her office with the spring back in my step, not having to worry about every step I was taking in order to "protect my knee joint while I waited for it to heal". I have been utilizing Dr. Heidi at Body Evolution for around a decade for my chiropractic needs, and she is AMAZING! I have a desk job and carry my stress/tension in my shoulders and neck, and suffer from pain and stiffness throughout my body. I also have issues with my sinuses and occasion strong headaches that can last for days. Dr. Heidi's adjustments can help significantly decrease the AMOUNT of pain and the total LENGTH OF TIME during which I'm in pain. The office manager, Paige, is also incredible and compassionate. If you call and need to leave a message to schedule an appointment, Paige will call you back in a very timely manner. I had the most amazing massage this weekend from Coach PJ! I am in the healthcare industry, so I have had all types of massage and body work done, and this blew me away! For the past few months, I have had a lot of soreness when working out and running. It started affecting my low back, knees and even my neck. I push on because I know that no movement at all will make things worse, but I felt like I was starting to break down. Coach spent an hour on me, and I literally feel 10 years younger! Staying mobile, flexible and pain free makes me feel young and vibrant. Here's what I love about BE: I feel like I am walking into my house when I step in. The environment is very laid back and judgement free. Paige, the Office Manager is always so kind and thoughtful. She remembers little details that go a long way. I began seeing Dr. Heidi due to a yoga injury (yes you can injure yourself in yoga!) I overstretched and had a seriously inflamed right hip. It was painful to even put any weight on my right leg. Dr. Heidi adjusted me and used the K-laser and within a few hours I was better already. By the next day I was fully walking normal again! The K laser really seems to speed up the healing process. I am now seeing doc twice a week just for adjustments and to regularly check in with the spine. Thanks spine fam! read more

I CAN'T RECOMMEND COACH PJ AND DOCTOR HEIDI ENOUGH! When I first came to Coach PJ about 3 years ago, I was overweight and stressed. He helped me lose weight and obtain a new lease on life. I'm not gonna lie.... sometimes you hate him, but you always love him at the same time. He's tough and his classes do not let you slack. However, I am convinced that interval training is the present and future of exercise science. The idea is that you are always doing something different so your body does not become complacent and is always burning fat and calories optimally. Two minutes on, thirty seconds off allows you to work at maximum capasity for two minutes and then rest. You soon find you can do anything for two minutes! Another benefit is that it's pay as you go... so if you get busy and don't attend for awhile, you're not wasting money. People always ask me how I look so young... I say STRENUOUS exercise is the ONLY fountain of youth. In the front is the chiropractic office of Doctor Heidi. One word... amazing!!! She has a calming and healing way about her that puts you at immediate ease. She is so good at what she does that sometimes I just CRAVE going there to feel better. The rest of the staff is very friendly and helpful too. Paige rocks! All in all, I have nothing negative to say whatsoever. Doc Heidi is amazing with her gentle nature & multi faceted approach to health. She adjusts the whole body. If you ask for a specific area she will work that area more. If you have an injury, I strongly recommend the laser treatment. With 2 treatments my knee pain was gone. read more

Coach PJ is great! I've been rehab'ing with him since early 2012 as I've been recovering from quadriplegia from a broken neck (C4-C6). He is an amazing motivator that truly cares about his clients. For gosh sakes, I've been either training with Paul or going to his high intensity circuit training classes for over 10 years, so it's about time I go on the record here and give Body Evolution my seal of approval! The classes are extremely challenging (and "fun", albeit in hindsight), but don't be afraid to check it out, because if you're a "rookie" you can just go at your own pace and you will find everyone else very welcoming and helpful. I see one of the photos uploaded by Body Evolution is of yours truly, hanging in my favorite elbow sling things, working my abs. I found this place one day while i was passing out menu's for my deli (Eat Your Heart Out Deli)(we are listed on Yelp!) I was in great need for chiropractic care and decided to give her a try.....I have been to MANY chiro's in the last 20 years and never have had such thorough care! She layed out a treatment plan for me and worked with me since i do not have insurance....it has been a month since my first visit and I am a new person! Believe me when i tell you she is the best, not the traditional "crack the back" treatment, she uses a lot of stretching and pressure point. I was lucky to win some personal training sessions that Body Evolution donated to a local elementary school auction. I worked with PJ and Erin and was impressed with both trainers. I consider myself to be in shape but always wanting to improve my strength and endurance, and these two pushed me harder than I would ever do on my own. Each hour passed quickly because of how much we were doing, and it felt so good afterwards knowing how much exercise and training I got. They are both experienced trainers and can quickly modify any task so that it accommodates all ranges of ability. My friend recommended me to check this place out. So, me & a couple friends went to check out a Saturday session. And boy were we in for it! Coach PJ worked us out good & we were drippin in sweat by the time we finished his High Intensity Circuit Training! He also made sure to ask if you have any injuries prior to working out so he can make needed adjustments- as I had a minor PCL strain on my knee & a minor strain on my rotator cuff as well (yes, I am an old man lol). I love working out & I've done almost everything you can think of (Crossfit, P90X, etc)- but my favorite is weight training. However, daily weight training can get repetitive & sometimes you'll hit a plateau. Therefore, you have to break out of the norm & Coach PJ is perfect for it! I highly recommend this place if you're looking for new & challenging workouts to do; or need to break out of a plateau; &/or need motivation to get back to working out again. read more
