I started working out at this gym after a friends recommendation about 2 months ago. I LOVE THIS PLACE and all the trainers there. They really are welcoming, positive, motivation and provide you with an amazing workout. I workout all the the time but adding their routine has definitely increasing my strength, helped me tone and decreased my body fat. Not only are the trainers amazing but they are also extremely funny and fun! The pricing is completely reasonable as I have seen much higher costs for personal training. Body Evolution HAS LITERALLY CHANGED MY LIFE. After loosing weight, I was struggling with building muscle and was completely lost when it came to eating - I was eating 1300 cals of vegetables and chicken EVERYDAY! I had no idea what I was doing and was basing my "diet and exercise" on hard cardio and low calories daily. Once I came to Body Evolution, Adrian asked what my goals were, took my measurements and gave me a personalized meal guide based on macros and 1700 CALORIES a day to help reach my goals. I have to say I was skeptical and scared that I would gain weight again by eating that many calories, but Adrian said to "trust him" and so I did. Two weeks into my new program i saw crazy results!!!! I GOT LEANER AND HAD MORE MUSCLE DEFINITION. I'm so glad I've joined BE 2 years back. Before joining BE, I had never tried strength training and was never a gym person. I would join different places but never to stick to one. BE definitely is unique and you slowly get addicted to the the place. I'm a slow learner and the trainers have patiently corrected my form multiple times until I got it right. The attention you get in every class is amazing and it almost feels like having a personal trainer. The exercises are always different and you would never get bored. I have been going to BE for quite some time now and I simply love the place. Fawad, Justin, Adrian, and David are AMAZING! They are constantly motivating and very supportive. I really like their workout plans, its different every day - cardio, weight training, boxing, abs, and of course running :-) it didn't take more than 2 min for me to decide that I want join BE. I've been on a steady lifestyle change and wanted to amp up my workouts before the new year. Body Evolution was recommended to me and I'm so glad that I joined this gym. The workouts are intense but effective. I like the diversity in the clientele, and also the way that the trainers accommodate every skill and fitness level. The classes are fun and brutal, but unlike the group classes at 24 hour fitness these guys change the classes every day, so that there's always something to look forward to and there's no way to predict the workouts. The trainers are so friendly and helpful it would be worth it to come here everyday. Best gym experience I've had in a long time. Body Evolution is a great alternative to the crossfit gyms for its overall personable and safe environment. I definitely would have kept going if I were staying in the bay area. I cannot say enough about the amazing group of trainers you will find at Body Evolution. My journey at BE started last summer. I began at this gym after a couple years of serious neglect of all things good and healthy for me. Home cooked meals- who has time, veggies- bleh, working out- unmotivated. I've been on a roller coaster of health all my life. I'm the poster child of yo-yo dieting, skinny (well skinnier) to... round. Half marathons to couch potato. Needless to say I was on a lower end of my roller coaster when I gave BE a try. If I had to participate in the mundane motion of a treadmill in a cookie cutter gym one more time, I would've hurt someone... Or maybe just yelled at the person on the treadmill next to me. I could not do it. It became torture. Anyway, I gave BE a try. The trainers are the best. They know you by name the moment you enter through their doors. They're not afraid to push you, motivate you, encourage you, or touch base with you if they haven't seen you in awhile. I'm strictly a ujam, Zumba type but I've learned to enjoy weight lifting, bands, TRX, boxing. Go figure! I have been working out with the Body Evolution fam for over 1 year now. The guys are great! Always encouraging and always supportive. I have reached a few of my fitness goals and hope to accomplish more this year. The meal plans are helpful and remind me to make healthy choices every day. Don't get me wrong! They're full of energy, and for those who hate cardio like me, it helps make the hour just fly by. Everyday I come, I have fun but am drenched in sweat by the end of the session. I've trained with Fawad on and off over the last 3-5 years, over my initial short stint and now more permanent move back to the Bay. Along with Adrian, Justin, and David, the team at Body Evolution has been a very positive support to my fitness and health goals! I workout best with a group and the BE team is upbeat, caring and will give you their undivided attention. The ratio of trainers to session participants is good, workouts are tailored to ability, any special needs (eg injuries), and I frequently received direction for better form with weights, etc. Day to day workouts are varied to keep things lively, schedules/signing up has been easy and flexible through the trainers (though also looking forward to the future online system!). I am not the most athletic person, but coming in I've felt my individual progress and been cheered on to try. I have trained with Fawad for almost 4 years now and he is very passionate about training and helping people achieve their health goals. Every time I go here, there are challenges waiting to make you better. They keep on changing the workout so that your body is not used to doing same old push-ups, cardio etc. After an hour of intense training, I come out of the place, as if I have taken a shower. It's worth the cost, if you wanna build your motivation and determination , they give you that energy and helps your confidence. It's been 3 years I've been working out here. Adrain fawad and Kirby are the best trainers they work with you, they help you if you have any issues on your body they give you different workouts I have never sweated so bad. I was a member at 24 hour fitness I did not know what I was doing what was the best thing to do, don't get me wrong I know there's trainers there to help you but you have to pay more extra money to get trainers , why pay monthly at 24 plus another add on for a trainer there's no point, there trained and have knowledge but it's one and one thing, but it don't help me, Bodyevo it's a group it's more like family we motivate each other we help each other we have music we have trainers tell you what to do different routines! And I love it and they always make contest who loses more body fat loss it's a program the meaning of motivation is what they give you! This class is the favorite part of my day. I love the motivation these guys provide me even after a long day at school and work. I am always very excited to attend the class and part of the reason is because it is very engaging and fast moving. One hour goes by like anything and you always wish you had more time. This is my first time formal physical training and I feel a new energy in my body already. I love how the groups are small and the trainers are so attentive to individual performance. I had my goals all set on day one and I feel these guys recognize and help me develop stamina and potential very keenly. I really want to be at BE every day but my schedule doesn't permit. I would highly recommend this place for individual goals and a group activity. It is worth every money and in fact it is fun. I never feel out of place and I love the diversity of the groups. I have been a member at Body Evolution since they opened; prior to that I had trained with the owner Fawad Akbar. I was very impressed with his attentiveness towards my goals, his knowledge of nutrition in how to cope with unhealthy habits and transform them into fueling a healthy body and mind. I started here at BE in March of 2016 from a recommendation from my best friend who had just started a few weeks before. I'm not going to lie, I was out of shape and actually at a point in my life where I just did not feel confident with my appearance and definitely was not taking care of my body thru diet or exercise. The guys at BE, David, Fawad, Adrian, and Justin always made me feel comfortable from the start. The whole group was always so encouraging, and what's really cool to me, is they always remembered your name, which to be honest, is rare sometimes in certain businesses especially with multiple classes going on throughout the day and people showing up at different times. Even when I first started working out there, I did develop a bicep injury, but all of them coordinated about the injury and would make sure I wouldn't further injure myself BUT would modify whatever workouts I had that day so I could still get the best workout possible. I started consistently going at least 4-5 times a week during the 6 week challenge and I honestly can't see myself NOT working out. Working out at BE has not only helped me to lose weight and tone up, it's given me the confidence I lost when I wanted to give up on having a more active lifestyle. One hour a day and it's become an hour I look forward to each day of the week that I go.
