Even with 6 or 7 students in the studio using 3 or 4 different pieces of equipment, they coach with succinct clarity to each individuals needs. Their knowledge and ability is impressive and you see the results in students bodies over time. For me, life changing! I started at this studio after a year at one in Chamblee (who were great instructors but constantly talked politics). I was preparing for spine surgery and safe strength training was in needed. My (fusion) surgery was November if 2022 and I was back at Pilates by January (which my surgeon approved over regular PT after reading the instructor bios) and in the weight room by May. I'm stronger and leaner at 60 than I was at 35. On top of the amazing results is I always feel fantastic after an hour at Align Movement and Design. I know the work I do there pays off and they have taught me a home practice I can take anywhere with no equipment. FANTASTIC place. If you check it out, we will meet there. I have my favorite teachers and work to attend their classes as much as I can. For me, the membership plan is worth it if you can attend at least 6 classes a month. (Some people come every day! Multiple times a day!) I mostly attend Hatha classes but I also enjoy Flow and Super Stretch. The stretch, yin and restorative classes are the most beginner friendly. I've only attended a few warm/hot classes and they are not my jam. However, they are very popular with others! M3 is LGBTQIA friendly and has a policy against racism posted on their website. I haven't seen any other studio display such a message. As a Black woman, I notice when I'm the only Black person in the room, and I appreciate when someone else who looks like me is present and welcome in the space. (I don't want to be the only one y'all!) They have an app to use for scheduling and a very active IG page. They also have contests to encourage class attendance and give good prizes! I won a gift card to a local store and felt so special. The only thing I don't like is the class schedule changing every season. Some classes don't change but I've had to drop some classes because they are on a new day or at a different time. I can't believe that I'm the first person to review M3. Actually quite enjoyable and a great way to get a good sweat session in. Our teacher was excellent, he was super energetic and helpful when adjusting forms. It was a bit difficult for me to catch onto the moves at first, but if you went often, this would not be an issue. Changing area and bathrooms are very clean, space is respectful and nice. I came for a 6 am Barre Fusion class to kick off my week of unlimited classes. It was MLK day so…read morepeople may have opted to sleep in because there was only one other person in attendance. The instructor Ashley was welcoming and explained the difference between Forme and other barre studios. As it was described, and as I would soon learn, the difference was in bigger motions. Barre workouts tend to involve a lot of subtle pulsing motions. At Forme the movements are bigger which meant I'd be activating more muscle groups and getting my heart rate up. They incorporate some smaller motions as well. For the Barre Fusion class we did standing work for a while and then eventually transitioned to the floor for glute and core work. Ashley's cues were very helpful. We ended up using a resistance band, a small ball, and a single glider. It's crazy how you can get a great workout in with such small and unassuming equipment. By the end of class I left feeling challenged but still really good. The 55 minutes went by quickly. I knew I got a great workout when I felt sore later that evening. I also got to meet the owner Donna as the next class was getting ready to start and she was really sweet. She let me know that aside from the classes they also host social events which is nice. The other classes I tried: Barre Fusion Lift This class incorporated a weighted bar into the exercises. There was quite a bit of pulsing, squats, and lunges (front, reverse, side, and curtsy lunges). The bar was used during the ab/core section as well which really kicked things up a notch. We also used resistance bands and a small step stool. Overall I really liked this class. The pace was upbeat and there was minimal rest which kept things challenging. This class was 55 minutes. Barre Fusion Sculpt This class incorporated more ballet-inspired moves (plies and releve when we were at the barre) than Barre Fusion Lift but the tempo/pace was very much upbeat. The hand and ankle weights added more resistance and with the high reps there was a good burn throughout. The instructor, Lauren, was energetic and motivating which made the 55 minutes go by quickly. Booty Barre This class was the most ballet-esque of all the classes I tried. Donna was really good about giving people modifications either to make the moves more challenging (stand in releve) or to accommodate people with injuries. I wasn't drenched in sweat by the end but I got a good glute and quad burn. Just as a note in terms of overall level of difficulty, I'm very active (I workout five times a week) and consider myself to be in good shape. I found the Forme classes to be fun but challenging. Other details: Toward the end of each class the instructors came around and placed wipes by our mats so we could wipe them down. They have open cubbies where you can store your belongings, two changing areas, and a bathroom with toiletries and a hair dryer. The parking lot is shared and on the smaller side but I never had issues getting a spot (I exclusively came to the 6 am classes). Overall I really enjoyed my week of classes and will be incorporating Forme classes into my workout regimen.

There were some people in the room doing physical therapy, which I could see may have been awkward for them, a group of 6 people coming in for a workout class while you are at therapy... but they didn't seem to mind. It was definitely a good workout, even though it didn't seem too difficult at the time (didn't sweat much, but was sore the next couple days)

The studio is clean and very pretty. The reformer class was fantastic, and our instructor Missy was so incredibly helpful. She corrected our form when needed, and gave us individual attention, which was so refreshing, compared to other pilates classes I have taken. We did a full body workout, and I was definitely sore the day after. Inspire also offers physical therapy, yoga and massage, and I was impressed with all of the equipment I saw. I would highly recommend this studio and can't wait to take another pilates class here!

I noted the cute studio upon arrival, and I got a strong sense of community. I appreciated how welcoming the students were, and you could tell that regulars were friends. The practice space was small and narrow, but there were about 20 people in my class and we fit comfortably. The room was heated but wasn't unbearable. Nya was an amazing teacher! She offered great cues, hands-on assists, and led a creative flow that had a mix of hip openings and balancing poses.
