I wanted to wait before writing a review so I could share a thoughtful, intentional perspective after truly experiencing everything. My daughter, who's an athlete, has been coming here with me for about eight months, and she absolutely loves it. From her perspective: the sauna, HBOT, and Cryotherapy have become an important part of her athletic regimen. For myself, I regularly use the HBOT, Red Light Therapy, and sauna, and I've recently added IVs. I've tried Cryo once (maybe I should do it more often!). All I can say is that Restore has become an essential part of my wellness routine. I actually skipped the month of July, and I could feel the difference in my body. It reminded me how valuable these services are for my overall health. What makes this location special isn't just the services but the people. Hannah, Zaman, and Damien are my absolute favorites, but honestly, everyone here is pleasant, helpful, and professional. I often call with questions, and instead of rushing to give me an answer, the team takes a thoughtful, methodical approach to making sure I get the right information and guidance for my wellness needs. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Restore has become part of both my personal and my daughter's routines, and I'm grateful to have it nearby. I'm also really looking forward to trying the facials. Maybe next month....

The woman asked me a few questions about my skin, hair, and shaving routines (I was getting treatments on my underarms). She explained the process and what I should expect. The process was very fast and I was out the door in probably 10 minutes or so. The pain was very tolerable for me. It's been 2 weeks and I am already seeing results in hair growth and the darkness under my arms. The Art of Natural Beauty Center is in a great location in Cobble Hill with plenty of public transportation nearby. It is very clean inside and the woman serving you are respectful and answer any questions you may have. I can't wait for my next session in a few weeks.

This is, unfortunately, one of the worst customer experiences I've had in the beauty industry. The manager's attitude came across as arrogant, and there was a clear lack of customer communication skills and appropriate training.

This place is a cut above the rest, and unfortunately that is reflected in prices. Yes you're paying more than the scammy groupon places, but it reflects not only in pricing, but in the quality of practitioners and the quality of lasers used. After reading through a ton of positive reviews I ended up buying a Groupon package. Scheduling my appointment was super easy. I called, they took my Groupon info, and then emailed me a few forms to complete before my first visit. It was thorough and offered a lot of info, which I appreciated. The person at the front desk was so nice and welcoming. When I arrived a few minutes before my appointment, they were already ready for me. My lhr tech, Emily, was so welcoming and took her time explaining things. She even did a spot test and checked to make sure I was ok. This meant a lot because the last time that I had lhr (which was also my first time), was at a different studio and there was very little care. It was rushed, no patch test, no explanation of things, AND it was painful. Today's session at SEV was virtually painless. I was so shocked! But also so happy because I was so anxious and nervous about the pain going in. The studio itself is super cute and clean, and just calming (the candle they had going was a simple but nice touch). They also had several items in the treatment room (baby wipes, aloe, etc) to use before and after your session. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'm actually looking forward to my next lhr session and don't feel stressed about it like I was with the last studio. I cant wait to see what my final results look like!
