There was about an 8-month period where I couldn't attend (due to "life,"), so for 8 months I paid the monthly fee thinking I'd start up again at some point and 8 months I paid them and didn't use anything I was paying for. After about 8 months I decided that at that time, I probably wasn't going to go back for a while. I was out of town on a trip when I called to cancel, and they would not cancel my membership over the phone. It was a lengthy trip, so I got charged an additional 2 months for a membership simply because I was in a completely different state and they would not cancel my membership over the phone or even just send me an email cancellation option. You'd think, since we are almost in 2020, that they could figure out a way to accommodate people who need to cancel via phone or email. No. I had to wait until I returned and could physically go in to cancel - absolutely ridiculous, and I was charged for an additional 3 months because of that. It has been almost a year, and this still makes me upset. I will never go back to this studio due to what I feel was extremely poor customer service. I understand they have this noted on their webpage -- you'd better make sure you read everything before you sign up with them, is all I can say. Personally, I find it ridiculous and I'll find another yoga studio. Other than this issue, I actually enjoyed this studio and I would have highly recommended them to anyone. But after that -- I'm sorry, but I don't understand why someone can not cancel over the phone or via email. It's a bit ridiculous to require someone to personally go in and cancel, especially if they are in a completely different state. What would have happened if I had moved and forgotten to cancel? Would they just keep charging me and I would have to purchase a plane ticket solely to come and cancel my membership in person? It's almost 2020, people -- time to get into the digital age.

LIVE is so much better and motivating. Community is important! I'm getting to try instructors I never had class with before due to my own hectic life. Added bonus: no extra fees for my cats to join in on class! No judgement as per usual as a novice I am inspired to see my yoga mates doing it their way during class. Her classes are not relaxing, as she is judgmental and controlling. Avoid taking yoga classes from this person, as it falls short of what you can expect from a yoga instructor or class--there's no peacefulness or mindfulness from this owner. She should really just open one of those places where you thrown and break items. She should not be teaching or owning a yoga studio.

I had the privilege of receiving an amazing massage with hot stones as well as her intuitive energy therapies. Her presence and attention to detail was quite profound. I could feel her heart with me the entire time and she deeply cared and valued how my body was able to receive her touch and therapeutic input. I thoroughly enjoyed my session with her and would highly recommend her for any of the therapies that she offers. The set-up was very nice, equipment looked new, clean, and well taken care of. There was a trainer there training when I came in. He was very nice and helpful when I entered the facility. I also saw him retrieve a bucket and cloth and wipe down a lot of the equipment in-between training sessions. Definitely what you want to see in the age of COVID. All around, very nice gym and it was a great place to get a workout in when away from home.
