I barely get color from level 1 beds at the 66th street location but my tan from the uptown location looks like I have a platinum membership. The stand up bed (room 13 ) is my ish. I always arrive about 20-30 minutes before close and the front desk clerks never change their friendly attitudes even though they probably would like to deny my session and close up the store. Front desk clerk Amber is the tits, I always leave there happier then I was arriving because of her, she has a lovely personality and exemplifies outstanding customer service. She always is hooking me up with samplers of lotions and doesn't push me to buy it after the fact. Definitely love this location and it's convenient adjacent parking lot as well, which makes parking a breeze even though it's in busy uptown. Also in regards to covid19 precaution methods; the employees all wear masks at all times, they have a nice sealed plastic barrier in between customers and the front desk person. When I went to tan Feb 2nd I was denied access I was told to contact customer service. When I did my call was answered by the worst customer service representative I have ever delt with. I asked why I was being cut off after just 21 days. I was told their billing starts over on the 1st of the month. Okay fine but you are denying 10 days of which I already paid for. This person did not care or seem to understand the concept of theft. Her attitude was to bad so sad. Lesson learned. I will be loud in telling people to stay away from Totally tan and spa.
