I was told it would be approximately 8 weeks but could be a little longer AND that I would be informed of the progress as time passed. This was a complete lie! I had to beg for updates! They stopped responding to my emails and NEVER answered my calls. I felt that I was lied to from beginning to end.. I finally received my table over 4 months after I ordered it.. It is beautiful craftsmanship but the glass on the top doesn't even sit flush and is very sharp so I'm having to have it replaced myself since they claimed it wasn't their fault.. The company has, by far, the WORST customer service of any place I have ever dealt with.. I would never recommend this place.. By the way... The website I originally contacted was called Koenig Home Collection.. Brian was the person who I dealt with the entire time. The emails I finally received after many times of me begging for info said Vallier at Home.. Not real sure how the name changed without explanation.. The owner, Brian, is not trustworthy and has no business ethics!

Since that time, I have repeatedly emailed and called the store, requesting an update and tracking info. I have never received a response to my multiple email inquiries. The last time I called, the woman I spoke to said they always wait until the customer can't lodge a complaint or try and do a chargeback for an item before they will engage or send out an item. I could hear the owner in the background saying no, she wouldn't speak to me, to get my number and she would call me back. She never did. I now have to go through the process of reporting this business as fraudulent and lodging a dispute, as they clearly do not intend on fulfilling my order. This business is a scam and stealing people's money. Buyer beware.
