Wonderful antique shop, had the chance to speak with the owner for a while. They have lots of rare and unique items plus a welcoming atmosphere. Would highly recommend stopping by to kill some time and browse. read more

Not a fan. I've gone here a few times since moving back to LC and each time I have had a negative experience with the family and their service. Would be a long story explaining what happened each time I have shopped but essentially the family who owns and works the store isn't very kind, extremely judgmental, and very opinionated on items of your own taste and style. I wish I had nicer things to say because a shop like this could have been a major gem for a small town like LC that could benefit from another beautiful and curated antique store, but sadly the attitude and service is enough to always keep me away. read more

The prices are just too high! I saw many items that were significantly cheaper at other places and were clearly pieces that were not antique but merely filler. We are avid antique shoppers and I would avoid this overpriced museum. Not sure if they are a good fit for Lake Charles. read more

Fraudulent business. I placed an order for some vintage diamond drop earrings on March 6th, 2026 for $795.63. Nearly $800. Since that time, I have repeatedly emailed and called the store, requesting an update and tracking info. I have never received a response to my multiple email inquiries. The last time I called, the woman I spoke to said they always wait until the customer can't lodge a complaint or try and do a chargeback for an item before they will engage or send out an item. I could hear the owner in the background saying no, she wouldn't speak to me, to get my number and she would call me back. She never did. I now have to go through the process of reporting this business as fraudulent and lodging a dispute, as they clearly do not intend on fulfilling my order. This business is a scam and stealing people's money. Buyer beware. read more

These people are the absolute worst! First off I went to their estate sale with my service dog who had his service dog vest on and immediately got yelled at by some old lady who said I couldn't have my dog there. I let her know that that was against the law and she didn't have a choice in the matter very nicely. Oh and then another lady told me that everything was 75% off. I turned around to my best friend who was with me and said did you hear that and she said yeah 75% off. I thought it was strange because all the sign said 50% off but that's all I thought of that. When I went to pay she gave me 50% off and I explain to her that the lady at the front in the chair had told me 75% off. She immediately called me a liar and said that everyone in town knows that I never do 75% off. I nicely explain to her that I am not from this town or even the state and that my best friend could tell her the exact same thing and she's welcome to go talk to her right outside. she said I don't need to talk to anybody I know you're a liar. I called the lady in and she lied to her bosses face and said I never said that. Not one but two people heard her. But that's not the problem the problem is she was just a total bitch about the entire thing and called me a liar that's the problem. She said I'm gonna give you 75% off but don't you ever come back here again. I told her that was not going to be a problem because I don't shop at places where people act like that. So please save your money and stay away from this horrible bitch! read more
