I asked the lady behind the counter and she gave me a nice little history of the building. They have a nice selection of vintage records too. Lloyd's Country Store is one of those places that intrigues me, I've been here several times and…read morethe friendly owner has allowed me to dig through the mounds of buried treasures unchaperoned and without restrictions. This collection of antiquities is scattered across the entire property and just when you think you've seen it all you find something else that you've missed during a previous visit. There has been some effort on the owners part to shelter some of the more unusual or fragile pieces but for the most part the pieces remain exposed to the elements and continue to rot away. This is a place I just simply can't drive by without stopping.
