I was told it would be approximately 8 weeks but could be a little longer AND that I would be informed of the progress as time passed. This was a complete lie! I had to beg for updates! They stopped responding to my emails and NEVER answered my calls. I felt that I was lied to from beginning to end.. I finally received my table over 4 months after I ordered it.. It is beautiful craftsmanship but the glass on the top doesn't even sit flush and is very sharp so I'm having to have it replaced myself since they claimed it wasn't their fault.. The company has, by far, the WORST customer service of any place I have ever dealt with.. I would never recommend this place.. By the way... The website I originally contacted was called Koenig Home Collection.. Brian was the person who I dealt with the entire time. The emails I finally received after many times of me begging for info said Vallier at Home.. Not real sure how the name changed without explanation.. The owner, Brian, is not trustworthy and has no business ethics!

The last time I called, the woman I spoke to said they always wait until the customer can't lodge a complaint or try and do a chargeback for an item before they will engage or send out an item. I could hear the owner in the background saying no, she wouldn't speak to me, to get my number and she would call me back. She never did. I now have to go through the process of reporting this business as fraudulent and lodging a dispute, as they clearly do not intend on fulfilling my order. This business is a scam and stealing people's money. Buyer beware.

Guidry's also has same day pickup which is very convenient, especially when you've just moved. A kind girl working there named Madison helps us find what we're looking for every time. We recommended a friend who also just moved, and he found exactly what he wanted and received it the next day. The couch was ~$900, and the full, plush top mattresses were ~$300! Way better than waiting 8 weeks and paying a ton at other furniture stores!
