I was told it would be approximately 8 weeks but could be a little longer AND that I would be informed of the progress as time passed. This was a complete lie! I had to beg for updates! They stopped responding to my emails and NEVER answered my calls. I felt that I was lied to from beginning to end.. I finally received my table over 4 months after I ordered it.. It is beautiful craftsmanship but the glass on the top doesn't even sit flush and is very sharp so I'm having to have it replaced myself since they claimed it wasn't their fault.. The company has, by far, the WORST customer service of any place I have ever dealt with.. I would never recommend this place.. By the way... The website I originally contacted was called Koenig Home Collection.. Brian was the person who I dealt with the entire time. The emails I finally received after many times of me begging for info said Vallier at Home.. Not real sure how the name changed without explanation.. The owner, Brian, is not trustworthy and has no business ethics!

Fraudulent business. I placed an order for some vintage diamond drop earrings on March 6th, 2026…read morefor $795.63. Nearly $800. Since that time, I have repeatedly emailed and called the store, requesting an update and tracking info. I have never received a response to my multiple email inquiries. The last time I called, the woman I spoke to said they always wait until the customer can't lodge a complaint or try and do a chargeback for an item before they will engage or send out an item. I could hear the owner in the background saying no, she wouldn't speak to me, to get my number and she would call me back. She never did. I now have to go through the process of reporting this business as fraudulent and lodging a dispute, as they clearly do not intend on fulfilling my order. This business is a scam and stealing people's money. Buyer beware.

If you're looking to go on a scavenger hunt this would be a great place to start I was really taken…read moreback of how disorganized and unkept this store was. I've only visited one other Ollie's prior to arriving here and this location wasn't anywhere close to my other experience and I mean that in a bad way. It's literally Impossible to locate anything without searching through the entire store, it's total chaos, there are no aisle identifiers, in my opinion it's more of a bad flea market than a retail store. I was looking for a specific item and after only a few minutes I knew that wasn't going to happen even if I had found members of the staff to assist me so I gave up after walking around aimlessly. I could be wrong but I don't think this was the original business model the founder intended, I understand the majority of the items here are sourced from over-stock suppliers and meant to provide huge discounts but the "good stuff cheap" company statement couldn't be further from the truth at this particular location - I'd definitely avoid buying food stuff here no matter how cheap things are there is no way the inventory is rotated or managed in my opinion nothing is managed here, how this store remains open is a mystery to me this was definitely not a good experience, the photos posted by the business owner had to be taken when the store was originally set up before the grand opening and doesn't remotely represent what I witnessed today...
