Came in this store to purchase a dining room table. They will not come down on any of there prices…read moreat all when you offer to pay cash, but that was sorta ok with me. The furniture is very poor quality. Do not buy from here until you check and make sure all the screws are in the furniture and that the screws have not been stripped out from over tightening. Some of the screws were missing too. the prices here are higher then at a furniture store. I came back here this morning to get some satisfaction, but was told right off the first words out of the managers mouth was "we don't give refund's, and I won't be open till 9:00. So I told her I don't won't a refund and if you have a dining room set in a box I would put it together myself. Again she said "come back at 9:00. So I waited for an hour for the manager to return. All I want is a dining room table that doesn't wobble. I paid 459.00 for this garbage and I'm very dissatisfied. They never called (this was Saturday) and not open on Sunday. They should have a going out of business sale

I purchased a $5,000 leather loveseat and a $766 3-year extended warranty (a total of a 4-year…read morewarranty) from LazBoy Furniture Galleries in Lake Charles, LA on 1/8/22. The piece was not delivered until 2023, partially due to a quality control delay in which LazBoy chose to reupholster the item before delivery, citing a defect in the leather. Unfortunately, the leather was from two different dye lots. The result is a loveseat with 2 distinctly different shades of leather, which is completely unacceptable, especially one that cost more than $5,000. I notified the sales rep. after noticing the leather was changing color, but no resolution. Now the stitching is loose from the back of the armrests. LazBoy is refusing to honor the warranty. Buyer Beware!

They also offer a full-service pool service, providing full-time, year-round, expert pool maintenance & repairs. That being said....this place is expensive. Now, if you're independently wealthy or a lottery winner, this is the pool store for you. It would be nice, but frankly I do not need a $4000 patio set to complete my outdoor experience. I balance my own water and don't need somebody to tell me the pH is low, but if you have problems with Algae or the like, they may have some useful guidance for you....but then again so does Google. I am a bit perturbed that they do not repair pool pump and filter equipment....this is more or less a 3.5 star rating rounded up to 4 because I know they do good design and installation work.
