The therapist came at 930 when i was not back home yet and being that i have a dog, i advised that he would need to wait until i was home which was At 938 am. I asked her why she was so hostile and in my face for a service i prepaid $150 for, and i advised that if it cut into my 90 minutes then so be it for him to set up properly. But that no one is Allowed up while i am not Home. I let her know her customer service was horrible for the fact that i was in my apartment at 938 and she's yelling and whining on the phone to me how i could do such a thing. She proceeded to hang up and cancel our appt. I then proceeded to text saying we don't mind if we lose 5 minute of our appt and she had already cancelled our appt and made the therapist leave due to her saying i have an attitude, i am entitled and immature. Entitled to the appt i paid for and waited a week for? Yes i am entitled to the service i paid for and was sitting in my apartment at 938 waiting for. Immature ? I was not the one who hung up on a client and then proceeded to rage text them about how they don't do business with people who have bad vibes and cancel An appt again that i paid for. After years of searching for alternative treatments, I finally decided to try acupuncture. In all honesty, I was very skeptical. I am not a fan of needles, but living with pain at least 4 days a week every month is unbearable. So, after intense googling & web searching, I found Veronica's practice. I choose her office because it was nearby and her website shows that she specializes in women's issues. On my first visit, I was in pain and I was floored when my pain just vanished after one session. I considered that maybe it was all in my head, but after three months I am convinced that acupuncture has definitely alleviated my painful periods.
