Vivian is magic She is gentle and reserved, ask you detailed questions and try to help you fix whatever health issue you may be experiencing from the root. I had gone to her for irregular cycle and hoping to get pregnant again. I had a good acupuncture doctor in Los Angeles, and is so happy I someone found Vivian in miami. She is extremely knowledgeable with fertility issues and gives you herbal medicines that's not harsh on your system. Like all other acupuncture, eastern medicine and healing methods, it may take a couple weeks and sessions of consistency for it to kick in, give her 3 - 6 month, and you'll notice clearer skins, regulated menstrual cycles, and overall improved energy and mood! I am now pregnant with my 3rd child! read more

Vivian is amazing. After 3 miscarriage and getting ready to go for IVF treatment we decide to do this in conjunction with IVF. One of our friends recommended that we try acupuncture for fertility. We picked Vivian since she was near our area and had good reviews. We did it for 3 months and when we went to our second IVF consultation, they said we were pregnant. I was so happy that we didn't have to go any IVF treatment. I have no doubt it was because of Vivian's treatment. read more

I have only the most positive feedback about Dr. Vivian. I was 40 weeks pregnant and looking for safe ways to help induce my labor while also taking care of my emotional well-being. Dr. Vivian accommodated me into her schedule, the same day I called, and could not have been more professional and sweeter. I had two sessions with her, and the next day I went into labor. She explained every step of the way, and made me feel very comfortable in her office. I will continue going back for ongoing maintenance and care. She knows exactly what she is doing, and is passionate about her work! read more

I found Dr. Litman reviewing Accupuncture business reviews late one night. I took the time and read through her reviews and I was very impressed by all the wonderful things clients had to say about her so I decided to give her a try. Dr. Litman has helped me with the balancing of my hormones immensely. After my hysterectomy in 2015, my hormones have been all over the place causing me a lot of very uncomfortable symptoms. Thanks to her treatments, I feel so much better now. I have quality of life again and I'm very grateful for having found her. She's extremely intuitive and knows how to read the human body very well. I am so grateful for the care and treatment that Vivian has provided. I came to see her to help with my severe acne, from a more holistic perspective. I was frustrated after dealing with multiple dermatologists who only prescribed topicals and antibiotics that did not address the root cause. Most doctors simply attempt to place a bandaid over the root cause issue (ex: recommending birth control) I wanted to see someone that would listen to my concerns, and address the root cause of my acne. Vivian did that for me!!! She asked many lifestyle related questions, made holistic recommendations (foods to avoid and foods to consume). The Chinese herbs she provided and all her recommendations changed my digestion and helped my acne. Thank you Vivian!! read more

Dr. Vivian has amazing bedside manners. She is very thorough and takes the time to analyze your case. Being that I am over 40 and was trying to conceive (first baby), I started going to her at the beginning of my journey as a way of being proactive. She is very knowledgeable and gentle and has great energy. She is always one text away from any questions or concerns. With her help, along with a strict diet, I naturally conceived in just one month of seeing her! I was going once a week and following all the things she recommended. I am currently 19 weeks pregnant with a baby boy. Do not hesitate to see her! You'll have no regrets. read more

Dr Vivian was first recommended to me by my fertility doctor to help through the IVF process and to help ease my anxiety. In your first session, she really takes the time to understand your health, areas you are looking to work on, and getting to know you. From there, she tailors your treatment to your needs. Dr Vivian also makes it easy to be open with all your treatment needs (no judgement here!). I have been seeing her for nearly a year now and couldn't be more grateful to know her. To start, Dr. Vivian helped me get through the very uncomfortable process of egg retrieval & IVF process. Not only did her treatments helps relax my body, but it also eased a lot of pain and swelling I experienced all over my body. Thanks to her work, I am fortunate to say that the IVF transfer was successful and I am now expecting my first child! In addition to making my IVF and pregnancy a lot more comfortable, acupuncture has truly helped me through my anxiety. Prior to working with Dr. Vivian, I was experiencing severe anxiety. This included regular panic attacks. I had tried working with a psychiatrist but had a very bad reaction to medication and was recommended to talk with a therapist instead. Though therapy is a great tool, my anxiety stems from a hormonal imbalance. This is where Dr Vivian came to the rescue! After beginning my acupuncture treatments with Dr. Vivian, I have had VERY minimal anxiety and have not had a single panic attack. It has been an amazing feeling taking my life back and not always scared of when anxiety will get the better of me. In summary, Dr. Vivian has been incredible in helping me through IVF, pregnancy, and overcome severe anxiety! I have already recommended her to a number of family & friends who are suffering with anxiety or are going through IVF/fertility treatment. I couldn't recommend her more highly to you! read more

Dr. Vivian is incredible! During my pregnancy I started to experience really bad pain in my sitting bones, hips, back and overall my lower body. After 2 sessions I felt incredible relief. Vivian is downright fantastic. Not only is she sweet and caring, she is amazing at what she does. I've been going to Vivian's office for almost 3 years or so, maybe more. A co-worker recommended her when I mentioned I was suffering from acute insomnia. That was then, and today I can honestly say my insomnia literally disappeared. But you need to understand that Acupuncture treatments requires time. For some, the results are not seen overnight; Its a progressive process. That was my case. And since I started to go, I've been seen other areas improved, all without medication or side effects. Today, although I feel fantastic, I continue going every week for my overall well being. The same way I take my car for its regular tune-ups, I go to Vivian's to tune me up with her amazing wisdom and techniques. Acupuncture rocks!!! read more

Dr. Vivian treated both me and my husband. Our experience with her was nothing short of magical. We came to her after a few people recommended her for assistance with fertility. She started our sessions by learning everything about our health and daily activities and treated us, individually and as a couple, in ways we did not expect. She made recommendations for food and drink, temperature and footwear, and she also treated us with herbs, acupuncture and a Moxa stick. We felt very safe in her care and were able to trust the process quickly and easily. Between health issues with my husband and myself, we had not been able to become pregnant over 2 years of trying. After about a month of working with Dr. Vivian and implementing her recommendations, we became pregnant and are incredibly grateful to her for that. I certainly recommend her for fertility issues, but I really believe in her process and would recommend her to anyone with recurring issues with anything. read more

I want to thank Vivian from the bottom of my heart! She made me getting pregnant possible. After 3 years of trying, fertility treatments and a lot of frustration. I am now 7 weeks pregnant. I was able to open up to her fully and within 2 cycles I got pregnant naturally. We are beyond excited and forever thankful to her. I recommend her 100% read more

TLDR (Too long, Didn't read): I highly recommend Dr. Vivian. My experience has only been with fertility and pregnancy, but knowing how much experience she has working in this area, I felt completely comfortable and at ease with her treatments. I would be open to using acupuncture for other areas in need of improvement or maintenance in my life. She takes her time to listen and never rushes you. She has been flexible and accommodating with me, as far as scheduling. She is super sweet and really cares about her patients. I couldn't sing her praises more loudly. (LONG READ) I started going to Dr. Vivian after trying to get pregnant for 6 months with baby #2. Being over 35, I knew 6 months was the magic number, but I didn't want to go to a fertility clinic just yet. I found Dr. Littman through Yelp and scheduled an appointment. When I met with Dr. Littman, she listened to my concerns, reviewed all of my charts (BBT temping) and gave me advice on diet and, for me, I needed to sleep more. I started going once a week and supplementing with Chinese herbs and fertility teas. Dr. Vivian was trying to build up my qi, as I had just had a baby a little over a year ago at that time, and I hadn't built up what I had lost from the first pregnancy. We got pregnant after two months of starting acupuncture. I continued my weekly treatments, but sadly, I lost that pregnancy at 10 weeks. I called Dr. Vivian the day after I naturally miscarried, asking if it was okay to start up the herbs and tea again, and she had me come in straightaway. She said she would help me hopefully pass everything and help rebuild what I had lost, but she said I had a great foundation, because at that point, I had been going to weekly acupuncture for almost five months. We were so sad to have tried for 8 months, only to lose the pregnancy 2 months later, but I was determined not to give up. I started back up on Chinese herbs and the tea. I followed my HCG down to zero, and seemed to have passed everything naturally with no complications. I was temping and using OPKs and, surprisingly, I ovulated about 14 days after the miscarriage and got my period right around 28 days! I don't know if it was the acupuncture or what, but I believe it did help me regulate my cycle rather quickly! I've been on pregnancy blogs and see some women don't get their cycle back for over 8 weeks, some longer, etc. For me, it was almost like a normal period, very little pain, and I had to have no medical intervention in the miscarriage. We were cleared from the doctor and started trying immediately. I got pregnant the first month after trying! I continued weekly acupuncture during my first trimester. It did help alleviate the nausea and headaches from morning sickness, and I wasn't going to mess with what seemed to be working. I can't remember, but I think I was still taking some herbs at the time, as well. At the very least, it was nice to relax for an hour and indulge in some self-care time. I ended up with a subchorionic hematoma (SCH) right around 9-10 weeks and was bleeding off and on throughout my first trimester (which was scary coming off a recent miscarriage!), and she gave me some herbs to help with that, along with targeted acupuncture. The SCH resolved itself by 18 weeks or so. I went down to every other week going into the second trimester, but love going in for some much-needed relaxation time. I let her know what my complaints are, and she targets those areas. I've had a ton of back pain, and she's been working on that. I got a sinus infection (she saw me on short notice), and although the acupuncture didn't cure it, I was able to breathe during the treatment. I have found continuing acupuncture into my pregnancy to be beneficial to having a great pregnancy overall. As of this review, I'm due in about 45 days, all is well with my pregnancy, and I'm sure the treatment will change as we near the end. Dr. Vivian tailors her treatments to what's going on with the patient. My treatments have changed over the course of my journey. I want to continue to go postpartum, if I can sneak away for an hour here and there! read more

Dr Vivian is AMAZING! I've only done two sessions and have felt a world of a difference. Vivian is without a doubt an exceptional healer. She has the vision, the strength and the delicacy to take you to the right path in the quest for balance and health. I was diagnosed with diminished ovarian reserve (DOR), and thanks to Vivian we managed to improve my egg quality: of two retrieved eggs, two were fertilized. That's 100% success! Above all, Vivian is a very special person, she knows how to approach the imbalance and how to solve your health problem. If I could give her 10 stars, I would. She deserves them. I recommend her support to anyone who's looking to increase their fertility and achieve physical, mental and spiritual health. Thanks for everything, Vivian! read more

We are so grateful that this afternoon Vivian accommodated us with an emergency session for my 70-year old mom who twitched her right knee two nights before and having had difficulties walking since then. Vivian was super patient but also very efficient in identifying the problem area. Using a combination of acupuncture needles, laser treatment and ear acupuncture point treatment, Vivian spent more than 90 minutes to treat my mom. Walking out of Vivian's office, my mom already felt much more relaxed when walking. And after dinner, my mom told me that her knee is feeling better by the hour -- she didn't even realized that she could walk and turn around with no extra effort! Like other reviewers said, Vivian is a miracle worker! Highly recommended for any medical issues. Plus she is super gentle during the treatment, and genuinely care about your overall health, making the session a truly enjoyable one! :-) read more

I recently started Longevity Acupuncture for fertility purposes. My fertility doctor recommended acupuncture, and I also did some research and found that it is widely recommended for fertility, including IUI and IVF. I figured it wouldn't hurt to try. I never believed in acupuncture and quite frankly, I'm afraid of needles so I was extremely nervous and skeptical my first visit. To my surprise, acupuncture has done wonders for my mood and stress levels. I have a very stress intensive job, and it works magic to go to acupuncture during my lunch break. I come back to work refreshed. The needles do not hurt, sometimes you feel a little pinch and other times you feel nothing at all. You are then left to relax for about 45 minutes (during which time I have Alexa play meditation music). As for the fertility part, I don't know if this has helped any as I've only had 3 sessions. I figure it can only help me. Besides, as weird as it sounds, it puts me in such a happy and relaxed mood for the rest of the day. It has also helped me with stomach pains and tight shoulders. Once I tell Dr. V about these problems, she immediately applies pressure to a different part of my body and my pain almost immediately goes away. It's sooo weird how that happens, but I've witnessed it for myself (otherwise, I would be skeptical). I really don't understand the science behind it, but it makes me feel soooo much better and their is a possibility that it helps with fertility - so it's a no brainer for me! Dr. V is so sweet and she really knows her stuff. She also has a calming presence to her which I really like. I highly recommend her. read more

Dr. Vivian is amazing. I started going to her due to migraines and to get a little bit of help as we were trying to conceive. It's been a little bit over a year since I started treatments and I'm happy to say we are now the proud parents of a perfect 3-month old! And the migraines are almost gone, too! Vivian is simply amazing! Once you sit down to talk to her you can see how passionate and knowledgeable she is. You're not just another patient, she remembers who you are and what your concerns are. I had been trying to conceive for two years without success. I met with an IVF specialist and was about to go through the process of medications before I decided to give acupuncture a try. I DEFINITELY saw an improvement in my health from just a few sessions. So much so, I actually became pregnant naturally two months after we started the sessions. Words can not express how grateful I am to have found her. I would without a doubt recommend her. She treats everything from pain management to fertility. Give her a try, you wont regret it. read more

Vivian is indeed a miracle worker! I have done acupuncture before, mainly for my anxiety due to the assumption that this type of approach can only help de-stress me, but oh was I so wrong. I have a lengthy history with gastric issues and due to some harsh treatments was left with the aftermath of the wreckage such as nausea, bloating, constipation, vertigo, and the list can go on. I've gone to Vivian numerous times in tremendous stomach discomfort, fully distended bloating with a bad case of the spins and leave after a session feeling renewed. I'm a huge advocate for holistic medicines/treatments and have to commend Vivian for her patience every session to diagnose the problem at hand and take the time to tailor the best acupuncture treatment for me as she does for every patient. I've recommended her to everybody in my family, from my cousin who now goes regularly to acupuncture for his sports injuries, my mother who goes to acupuncture for menopause relief, my aunt who has found pain relief from acupuncture post breast cancer, to my grandmother, who had partial facial paralysis due to a poor combination of her daily prescription medications. After 2-3 electro-acupuncture sessions my grandmother's face regained elasticity and proper muscle function despite being told by her physician that she would only gain those benefits after 6 months of facial physical therapy. The key to Vivian's success is that she truly takes the time to listen. Each session feels like a mini health evaluation... body, mind, and soul. Her acupuncture treatments are seamless, without feeling a prick, but once she's done its amazing the results you'll feel especially if done properly as a process rather than a one time visit. Simply put, she's amazing! read more

I've been to a variety of acupuncturists, but I have never been in the hands of one so knowledgeable and skillful as Vivian. She is a true healer, brilliant and wise and wonderful. I travel from my home in Los Angeles to see her in Miami whenever possible. She is a kind and soothing presence, and heals heart and mind as well as body. I cannot say enough about her; I have total trust in her skill and her advice. I have gotten results from her I haven't seen anywhere. She's treated me for broken bones, a severe soft-tissue knee injury that refused to heal, and long-term chronic conditions. Furthermore, she's been critical in helping me establish an understanding of healthy eating to support her fantastic work. Reproductive health is her specialty and she has been fantastically helpful in dealing with PCOS, and should I need help with conception, I will be on a plane to Miami to see her. She is well worth it. I was astonished at how incredibly effective she was with other issues as well; she is tremendously knowledgeable and talented.
