She specifically went in with the intention to get a layered cut and a small area shaved on the back of her neck. After paying $36 and then basically being forced to leave a tip she went home. She called the owner Laura to fix it but experienced further difficulties. From the min that she walked in to the min she left all she experienced was hostility. Laura wasted no time bashing her employee Gina and was rude throughout the entire session. She asked my sister 3 times before she started it she was sure she wanted a haircut. She made no pleasant conversation. She was constantly rolling her eyes and was very hostile. She continuously complained about her other coworker and she had the audacity to say that the shaved area wasn't that crooked and she didn't understand the big deal. The worst part is she was friendly with everyone else except her. Honestly if you're not happy with an employee fire them. If you disagree with the customer have the respect and sensitivity to keep the opinions to yourself.
