Anyway, after my lash break (i have fine hair so i have to take breaks) they were booked so i went somewhere else. After this other place gave me the worst set, i came here abruptly to get new lashes bc i knew they could get it right. WRONG. I don't know who homegirl was but she didn't even ask me what look i wanted or what I was going for or to see a photo. She said "lets get started" i said "no i have photos to show you" I showed her a photo of the lashes i just had and HATED (super curly D's ) and I showed her what i wanted (pretty flat lash with a slight curl). She gave me a CC.. which was still too curly.. , IDk, maybe I'm really hard to understand when i say "i do not want a super curly lash", so I asked her to take them out. I was disappointed but not pressed or mad. During this process.. she got the remover in my eye and it BURNED LIKE HELL, she had to guide me to the utility closet to rinse my eyes bc I couldn't make it to the bathroom. On top of this ... they still made me pay. Pretty ballsy for a company with no terms or return policy. Bc we all know as under California law, merchants are required to clearly post their refund policy unless they offer full cash refund, exchange, or store credit within seven days of the purchase date. Failing this requirement, customers may return goods for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase. But suing isn't my thing, especially for minority owned business. Word of mouth and karma will suffice. So my last experience with them will be just that, MY LAST EXPERIENCE.

Models, actors every day people, movie industry people, bloggers, we're coming to book with Nurse 90210 for the Megalux treatment. The before and after photos were unbelievable & I wanted in on those results! Nurse 90210 had a special running at Gravitas. The Megalux facial treatment for $400, a of value of over $500 during the month of March for her birthday. I booked ahead of time and pre-paid for my treatment. I booked for Friday, May 21 the day after my birthday. Nurse 90210 and her staff are warm & thorough when you book. Not only did I receive a reminder via text I also received reminders via email which was nice! It reminded me to put it on my calendar & plan a lunch ahead of time for my husband & I. I was also given thorough instructions on how to get there, where to park and how to get to the office from the structure, and to allow for about 10 to 15 minutes of time to get situated and to get undressed and ready for my treatment. Wear comfortable clothes and good walking shoes, you will have to take the stairs, maybe an escalator and there's a lot of work being done around the plaza in the mall. You will have to go to the garden level in order to get to Suite 13, Gravitas Medspa. There is a lot of hustle and bustle on Rodeo Dr. so there is going to be traffic, so allow yourself an extra 30 minutes when you leave for your facial. Or, ask someone to drive you so you can be relaxed even after your facial! It's best not to wear any make up, possibly bring a hat or cap afterwards and sunglasses. You don't want to be exposed to so much light. Be prepared to be relaxed & pampered! After I met with Elaine, I quickly got inside the suite to undress & put on a smock. She had the facial bed ready & was layered with a soft blanket & clean sheets. The room is beautifully decorated in a glam style & was neutral in smell. It was very clean & tidy. Everything was well thought out & handled with care. She started off by cleansing my face, then the epidermal sweeping & put an amazing smelling cream that reminded me of a Piña Colada. Instantly I relaxed & started to feel myself melt into the massage bed. The treatment progressed into more intense procedures. Be warned, the extractions may hurt, or at the very least experience pressure. Luckily, I didn't have too many extractions. The best part of the experience for me, and was so unexpected, was the parafin wax she put my hands & feet in! OH MY GOSH! It was warm, soothing, instantly relaxed me even more & it was nice because she keeps the room pretty cool so it's a nice contrast (she did ask at the start if I wanted a heated pad for my back, but declined). The mask she put on my face had time to activate & so it's magic while she put this on my hands & feet. It's a WONDERFUL experience to be had! Afterwards, she takes the bags wrapped around your hands & feet & wipes off the wax. Then lathers you with moisturizer or lotion. Then she takes off my face mask & puts on an amazing cooling gel. Btw, everything smelled amazing! Not over powering, just pleasant & nice! She also massaged my neck, shoulders & upper back from the position I was in. It was an overall relaxing treatment & I'd do it every week if I could, but it really is a treat! One that both women & men should experience! This is coming from someone that has had many facials & huge on beauty & relaxation. Nurse 90210 was also kind enough to ask about my beauty regimen, which currently, I had none. I've been so busy catering & working my business the last year & a half to establish a new one. So, she recommended some basic, every day products from the Olivia Quido line that is sold in some major department stores like Nordstrom & is used by the Miss Universe Pagent. I received a 20% discount because it was my birthday treatment and I was able to purchase everything for about $300 and saved myself quite a bit of money. The supplies I got would last me at least 3-4 months, maybe even 6 if I was mindful of my usage. Btw, this is for a day & night routine. I didn't mind paying this as it is preventative care for my skin, and now that I'm 42, much more aware of. I will continue going for treatments at Gravitas into the for seeable future. When she was done with my set she said "I could not get all of your lashes or it would take me forever." What she did was apply huge fans onto 70-80% of my eyelashes when I requested a hybrid set. I reached out and after two days did not get response. This persons work looks good online but she did a bad job on me. I asked for partial refund and instead got blocked. The professional who removed my eyelashes told me she did a bad job. All I wanted was my money back.
