I had an idea of what I wanted built but Morgan had some wonderful suggestions and I was excited for her to take action on them. Patrick never missed a beat. He explained the stages of building to the time it would take from start to finish. Let me say I love my new screened in patio with Morgan's added touches. I will recommend them to all my friends and family

This man Mike Pluckett is horrible, do not I repeat do not hire him for any work…read more I hired him to perform some projects at my rental that included staining a backyard fence.I have red rocks down next to the fence and the color of the fence that was needing re-stained was a reddish color he did not ask me and stained the fence a black color which did not match and looked horrible. This left me with the only choice of now having to paint it has I cannot stain a lighter color so essentially he ruined my fence at least changed the entire characteristic of it. He then became frustrated when after agreeing that he would paint when I wanted to choose a color. He chose a color on his own that was a yellow and when asked not to begin until we agree on a color he became infuriated and left with the other projects not yet completed and he still charged me. He has a horrible character and becomes very angry very easily with any critique of his work, Mike this is our home you do not get to be the primary decision-maker and you need to take time and listen to the homeowners that you are working with you have horrible customer service and I advise any users not to use your services. He started soon after the estimate which I thought was nice but was not imperative for my needs; however he immediately turned pretty labile in character as he constantly was complaining that my work was putting him behind schedule I suppose he should not have began as I did not demand he begin immediately.

The builders spent a lot of time shirtless and smoking cigarettes in my backyard. They had to to come back out to our property 3 times within the first two weeks because of issues. Issue #1: They forgot to concrete in 3 posts. Issue#2: They damaged a panel when they were installing it, they noticed this and then proceeded to turn the panel the other direction facing my neighbors house so that we wouldn't notice. My neighbor witnessed them do this. Issue#3 The gate latch ripped completely off of the gate week 1. Issue#4 The gate installed at the back of our yard was not installed properly and would only open about 6 inches. Our fence is now almost 3 years old. The vinyl fencing has many cracks. The company claims that this is normal and to be expected.

My initial meeting with Mr. Fox was decent, pleasant and cordial enough…read more I told him I found him on Yelp. He showed up on time for the estimate, and gave me a fair price regarding installing a small gate on an existing 3 year old fence. I felt like he communicated well enough with me at the time, and also did some follow up planning and communication via text shortly thereafter. He didn't give me an official written quote for the job during the estimate phase except for a verbal mention/agreement; and then later in a text. On the day of the scheduled job, he showed up a bit late - approx an hour. I was a bit concerned and was really hoping he would show up, so I texted him to make sure he was still coming. My concern also stemmed from a previous text I sent him approx. the day before, and not receiving a response from him. I thought that was odd. My unsettled feeling on the whole situation stems from the numerous and incredibly unbelievable poor encounters I've had with various contractors overall in the past. I have been seriously and sadly conditioned to expect the worst now. It's really quite disconcerting and unfortunate. He texted me back and said he was on his way and showed up shortly thereafter. He had an associate/helper with him. When he arrived he looked and acted flustered and highly irritated. It quickly became clear that he wasn't interested in engaging with me, and it was very confusing, awkward and off-putting. It was like he was a totally different person. He was short with me and acted like he couldn't be bothered. I didn't understand the problem, and I didn't really say anything more to him after I briefly tried to confirm the job he would be doing. I even tried engaging with his helper, but he wasn't interested in being cordial either. He pretty much acted like he didn't seem to know what was going on. Honestly,.... I was very close to telling both of them to forget about doing the job because I was feeling super uncomfortable about the whole negative vibe and atmosphere. But,... I really wanted/needed a gate, so I tried to let it go. I promptly left them alone to do the job. The job didn't seem to take long at all. The gate looks adequate and functional enough; and so I basically got what I paid for. I paid him promptly after the job was completed and I asked for a receipt, but he didn't have one. I asked that he send one to me, and I eventually received it some days later. Regrettably, I would have to say that I wouldn't recommend his services because of the overall irregular experience.
