When I complained about it, I too was met with a very angry owner named Denny. Just a cussing and everything. He came back out and fixed everything, but it was a hassle. I paid $3400 to him for a large and small bathroom to fix them like new and I had to have it all redone 2 yrs later. The drywallers and painters are sub-contractors too, but the painters did a good job the first time, they had sharp lines and did a great job. But when they had to paint the second time, not so much. I think they were in a hurry and just did it to get out. Plus, he used Sherwin Super Paint in my bathrooms, instead of using a semi-gloss to help protect from moisture runs in the paint. After 2 yrs I had to repaint because it looked worse than before they painted. I had the water run stains everywhere in both bathrooms. Even the paint around all 3 tub surrounds was peeling. And the repairs to my ceiling was the exact same issue I had before they came (4 large nail pops in one section), they apparently did not do a very good job when they supposedly ripped it all out and redone that section. Also wish he would had told me Super Paint is one step above contractor grade paint and that I should have used something better. The new painters used Emerald semi-gloss. The painters suggested it and said Super Paint is garbage. I did not know at the time. Needless to say, this was the first and last time I used Fish.

It's kind of on the expensive side, but considering the equipment, ease of the process, & speed in which it's accomplished, & the fact that if we didn't hire someone to do it, it wouldn't be done, it's worth it. To my understanding, the initial year, you purchase the lights, wreaths, bows, etc., the fee for installation & storage. Then subsequent years you are paying for storage & installation only, because you technically own the lights but they store them for you. They make it super easy to schedule put up & take down with reminder emails & automated online forms. The lights include a timer for auto on & off. They look great. I really love them.

The roof really stood out because literally all of our neighbors got new roofs via insurance except us. We didn't want that to be the first thing prospective home buyers saw, so ... Enter "soft wash" pressure washing. Darl (maybe the owner?) and the workers were super friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable, especially considering the dramatic improvement in appearance. We sold our house in 4 days and I have to give at least a portion of that credit to Pressure Doctor. Curb appeal, y'all. Why 4 stars instead of 5? Well, we were quite happy with the siding, roof results ...but we did have some areas of dead grass around two of our down spouts due to the chemicals. (They were upfront about this possibility beforehand.) They tried to prevent it with lots of rinsing but since our staining was worst in the front, they had to use extra potency. To recap, I totally recommend getting your house and roof washed before you try to sell it. Just do it a few weeks before listing so you can have some time to potentially revive some patches of grass. Worth it!
