Precision patched it up and it looks fantastic! In addition, I had a towel bar and a toilet paper holder that had been glued onto the walls by the previous homeowner. Joe, from Precision, took them right off, patched the holes that resulted, and put in my new TP holder, as well as a towel hook. The last thing they did was fix a couple big cracks around my sliding glass door and patch the ceiling on the main level where there was water damage. He patched it and also replicated the texture on my ceiling perfectly. I definitely intend to have Precision out again to fix, and paint, a number of things in my house. Hired for interior painting job of 5 rooms and all ceilings. Bill Golden came out to do the…read moreestimate which fell in the middle of the 4 bids I took. Arranged for time for them to complete the job and they showed up on time and had the work complete in 3 days and not the 2 days originally estimated. The main room was a challenging white paint job over the previous red and yellow. When I arrived after the work was complete I was shocked at the mess they left behind. I was greeted in the garage with a full bag of trash that was leaking left over drinks from in the bag and all the empty paint cans. The garage floor and driveway had paint on the surfaces. The interior of my house is hard wood floors throughout and they were more than a mess, took me 8 hours of on my hands and knees to clean and scrape the paint off the floors. Thank goodness they were able to be cleaned, with just two major scratches in the floors. They didn't remove any of the blinds in the windows and had missed painting in the hard to reach areas. Over painting on previously painted walls, overpaint on a butcher block in the kitchen, paint on the floors, skipped an entire section of the garage ceiling for no apparent reason, missed an interior door face and didn't fix ceilings with nail pops that they had stated they would fix. All the wall plates had mix and match screws colors as I have two colors of switch plates in the house. The paint finish was not what I asked for - they did flat on the walls and not semi-gloss as I had asked for. I did let them know of my displeasure with the paint job and Nathan Golden did come back and fix about 3/4s of the things they missed and offered no price adjustment to the money I paid for the job and explained that it's understood that the owners have to clean up after a painting crew. The biggest thing was a lack of an apology and only recognition of the missed spots with "huh, I guess we just missed that spot".
