This is still one of the cheapest places for reflexology in the area. They do have cash pricing so use that. I just get the 30 minute foot/30 minute body, which is in a communal massage area. It's ok for me. I'm not complaining since this is usually how reflexology places work and you're fully clothed. I usually have good experiences here. Usually I have a male massage me, and they tend to be super heavy handed, just the way I like it. There was a massage I got once that I felt was on the really light side on the foot part, but once we got to my hips and glutes, definitely didn't know I had some tightness there. As for tipping, I haven't really experienced issues myself, but I did hear them kinda judge on tips when the customer was gone in Chinese. Mainly asking how much she got and said the number. I would say it's better than getting a pedicure, so I much rather spend $55 on a foot massage (cash price in June 2026) than a pedicure.

The lighting and music were nice, but a ticking clock next to me made it hard to relax. During the service, multiple staff rotated in and out, I had three different people massaging me. The massage felt too rough and overall chaotic rather than calming. I was asked to pay before the service, and when I tipped 15% at the end, the therapist seemed disappointed. Everyone was very nice, but the experience was not relaxing and left me disappointed.
