Every dress and coat are in those plastic shoulder bags to protect the pieces while shopping. They have a vintage lingerie department- think bachelorette party... but vintage! My one complaint is that their jewelry selection is boring compared to the rest of the store. The gal with the short hair has been there forever and she's always sprightly:) Like the kind of cool where she's so into the selection and curation and history, that it makes YOU jazzed about that thing too.

There are unworn items with tags from the 50s like two-piece skirt suits and cocktail dresses or Levi's jeans from the 70s. The tags with prices are keepsakes themselves. My daughter found a varsity jacket made with wool and leather, no polyester or pleather like you'd find nowadays. The space is clean and chic, the only thing not typical of a vintage spot! Each vintage shop will have their own preferred style, so a vintage shop may be great but just not the kind of clothing you'd personally care to buy. In my case, Vintage Frills definitely has a style that's up my alley! All the clothing is organized by color, which makes for a pretty store layout. They add their own labels to each item that gives a quick rundown (decade, brand, material and any possible issues)--but, of course, make sure to inspect any piece you'd like to buy! I think it would be a good improvement to add some kind of Velcro strip to the fitting room or a loop to the curtain to have a more secure hold. Definitely a shop I'll head to every so often when the stock refreshes!
